We didn’t have reservations and was looking for a sit down restaurant to have lunch. We were able to be seated fairly quick. Our waitress was super friendly and made recommendations for drinks and food. The prices were fair compared to other restaurants in the area and the food was pretty good.

– Ruined our nightWe were forced to leave before finishing our meal because the restaurant was hosting a private event. When I asked to be moved to another table, the staff claimed none were available and told us we had to leave. Only after I mentioned filing a formal complaint did they magically find a table. However, the manager then refused to serve us, stating that if we wanted anything, we had to get it ourselves. To make matters worse, the manager approached us twice more trying to kick us off the new table to give it to other customers. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful behavior.

Booked evening meal whilst on holiday as son is really into music and bands. Not much to see. Food was cold. Stella artois beer was disgusting. Although it was not very busy we felt like we were being rushed out. Sorry we went as it was not a good experience.

Cool atmosphere located right at Times Square. Great food at prices that are affordable by New York standards. During peak times, I definitely recommend reserving online in advance.

We pre booked our visit as it was our first time visit to New York . It was very loud but we went with the flow. Ordered basic food items The steak came too raw for us returned to kitchen came back again still raw Told to return to kitchen and remove from bill. I sat and eat my meal on my own It was supposed to be fun visit
Hey Dawn, I'm so sorry for your visit. The photo opportunity was not paid for before you got here as we need to ring it in before you go upstairs. I do appoligize about that as we had an event on the marquee that day. I would be more then happy to let you guys come back in and have you guys brought to the marquee so you can have your photo opportunity and i will take care of you guys.
Hard Rock always delivers! We made a reservation prior to our visit which I would 100% recommend. The reception area was so busy but organised. The service & food was great as always! X

Classic hard rock, local nice fast service average price and burgers taken by me and friends all good, cooking the right meat and filling nice tasty, good both chips and beers

You rarely go wrong with the Hard Rock Café. We were received as usual friendly and forwarded service. The food was not exceptional, but delicious. Value for money (especially considering the location) okay.

We had a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe with family. The musical atmosphere is really pleasant and contributes to a friendly and dynamic experience. The setting is nice, especially with the iconic decoration that immediately plunges into the rock universe. We all enjoyed our meal, with generous and tasty dishes. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. It is an address I recommend without hesitation for a family meal in a relaxed and musical atmosphere.
