We had a great tour guide ~ Timmy ~ highly recommend him! He was super personable and kind and took us to some of the best food I have eaten in my life! Truly it was fantastic to understand the options and he was such a great translator for food ordering for the rest of our trip. We were a little full and he gave us options to change to which was very nice. He showed us pictures of other places he had toured lately which made us super excited. He even arranged a ricksaw for us after the tour which was lovely (we paid but it was nice to be taken care of) Highly highly recommend him! Yummy yummy food Vietnam!!!
I had a small group of 1 (just me) on the tour. Whilst the communication with the company wasn't very good (I had to contact them about pick up time less than two hours before tour was to start), my guide was brilliant. I explained that I'd already done a street food tour in Ho Chi Minh, so he took me to places to try food I had yet to try. He also explained a bit about the history of Vietnam, regarding food and in general.
We had a great tour. It was particularly cool that we didn't get the typical dishes like Pho Bo and Ban Mi, but were able to try new and exciting things. The group size of 5 people was also ideal. All in all, highly recommended.
Dear Chrisgo. Thank you for posting your review of our company's service. We are very happy that our service meets your expectations. We know that we must try harder to meet your expectations. customers' requests, hopefully in the future our company will welcome you again, thank you and see you again.
On day 1, it was helpful to learn the names of the popular dishes on offer. Our guide, Timmy, also took us to places we would not have found. Really good experience.
A wonderful private tour of Hanoi Street food. Twee, our guide, was very informative and guided us around Hanoi's delicious street food specialities. Would highly recommend.
Our tour guide was amazing! I told her that I'm vegan and she knew where to take us to all places that are equal to vegan food. Among other things, she explained to us about the history of Vietnam with very interesting stories.
This is a great small group tour. There were 5 of us including our tour guide Jimmy. Tramping the streets of the Old Quarter via a progressive dinner we sampled the street food. Jimmy was knowledgable and thoughtful guide. It gave us a great overview of what when and hows of the old quater topped with great food, fresh beer and the famous egg coffee. Highly recommended
Such a wonderful food tour with exceptional food! We had a great dine thanks to our lovely guide, Ms. Nhung to show us a nice, cozy place to eat a traditional hanoi dish called “bun dau mam tom”. It is located in a small corner in Hang Khay street
Hanoi street food is a must, so with guide you know where to go that is safe physically and food wise. From a bewildering variety of offers we had classic Vietnamese food and local beer while soaking up the pre-Tet atmosphere in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, enjoying history of the food and explanations about the city. Although we booked a group tour, the group was just us and a guide. Would have been even better with a small group. Guide was great, informative and asked us what we liked best (most things but not insects!).
Greatest experience in Hanoi with our tour guide, get around old quarter and got so much food on street, very impressive trip and get so much information about tour guide, I got buying some coffee for my friends and highly recommended for All people if plan to Visit vietnam
