Hanoi Private Abreise Transfer: Stadtzentrum Hotel zum Flughafen

Turned up 15 mins late. But at least we had good communication via Viator app. Smooth transfer once car arrived

<p>The hotel pick up time was precious, the driver didn't speak much English, but the car was clean, and he did try and talk. We couldn't fault anything, except, I should've had more days in Hanoi, gorgeous city and lovely people. We will return!</p>

<p>Our driver did not turn up. Our hotel bellboy called the local company Charming Vietnam Travel and they eventually said a car was on the way and would be with us in 10 mins. 15 mins later we were summoned to get into one of the taxis outside the hotel. The driver of the taxi had the lady from the local company on the phone. She told me we should go in the taxi as her car was stuck in traffic. Clearly we had been forgotten, despite us having called 3 days prior to confirm our pick up time. The taxi was OK but very small and barely fit our luggage, NOT the nice private car we had paid good money for and were expecting. Plus we were 35 mins late leaving for the airport. We did make our flight but that is hardly the point. Would not recommend, would not use again. Have messaged Viator regarding this issue but 4 days later and no reply as yet.</p>
