Auf unserer Secret Food Tour: Hanoi, du wirst viele lokale Gerichte probieren, von kleinen Pfannkuchen, gegrilltem Schweinefleisch, frischen Papaya-Salaten mit Rindfleisch bis hin zu einer großen Schüssel Nudelsuppe. Wir waschen alles mit einem Schluck vietnamesischen Kaffee und erfrischendem Saft, den Sie nie vergessen werden. Sie erkunden unsere kulinarische Welt und erleben das lokale Leben, bis Sie den See im Herzen unserer Hauptstadt erreichen und einige alte Häuser sehen, in denen Sie Ihren Horizont erweitern werden. Und vergessen Sie auch nicht unsere Geheimschale!

Stellen wir uns vor und lernen Sie vor dem Essen ein bisschen Geschichte von Hanoi kennen. Direkt neben diesem Platz besuchen wir ein erstes Restaurant.
Wir betreten eine niedliche Straße voller netter Lokalitäten und gehen für unser zweites und drittes Gericht in einer Lieblingslage der Einheimischen.
Zeit für ein paar coole Bilder, hier werden wir herumlaufen und sehen, was die meisten Touristen normalerweise an Hanoi lieben.
Wir werden die Verbindung zwischen Essen und lokaler Kultur entdecken, einige der berühmtesten lokalen Gerichte probieren und uns auf immer mehr vorbereiten, näher an der Altstadt.
Wir werden einen Vorgeschmack darauf haben, was die Menschen wirklich dazu gebracht hat, sich in dieser Gegend zu versammeln und eine 4000 Jahre alte Stadt zu erschaffen, bevor wir weitere lokale Köstlichkeiten probieren und sehen, was unser Geheimgericht in Hanoi ist.
Gleich nach unserem süßen Dessert und noch etwas Essen unterhalten wir uns bei einem Spaziergang und beenden diese geschmackvolle Reise mitten in der faszinierenden Altstadt von Hanoi.

Alex was a great guide who took us to all local spots that I never thought existed/would not go alone. Additionally tried so many different foods, snacks and drinks that I was stuffed. Definitely coming on an empty stomach next time

Jenny was great and accommodating to our needs. We originally booked a tour for 3 of us but unfortunately two in our party were not feeling well and returned to the hotel after the first stop. Jenny understood and group turned into a private tour for two. We visited over 8 different locations and tried some incredible local dishes. I will say the details and history behind every dish was a plus. We also walked through the neighborhoods where Jenny shared the history of her neighborhood and where she was raised as we continued our journey. While all the dishes were great, I will say the egg coffee was beyond a what I expected and incredibly delicious. The dessert surprise stop was over the top. Jenny provided me with two take away desserts for the rest of my party to enjoy once I returned to my hotel. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. 😋

Amazing food tour! Jenny was great, and very knowledgeable. I don’t like shellfish, and she made sure to arrange different options for me whenever necessary, which was much appreciated! We learned a lot, and ate lots of different dishes that were all delicious and of excellent quality. We cannot recommend this tour enough!
