Comfortable vehicles, but driver is irresponsible and dangerous with no concern for safety. Overtaking on blind corner, crests and 5 times driving while on mobile phone. At least 4 near misses on accidents with trucks while on wrong side of the road...

My wife and I were traveling with two other family members who booked separately, the initial pick up from the hotel was a little rocky, even though they initially indicated our whole group would travel together (same pick up and drop off location) , on the morning of travel they had us on separate transportation and our driver wanted us to take a taxi to meet him on the other side of Hanoi. When we told him that is not what we had booked or agreed to, the coordinator contacted us and told us to go with the driver picking up the rest of our party. Once we got on the bus, things went smoothly.
