Diese private Fahrt ist für die Abholung vom Flughafen (vom Flughafen zum Hotel). Wir benötigen Ihre Flugnummer, damit unser Fahrer wissen kann, wo er Sie treffen kann (in der nationalen oder internationalen Ankunftslobby). Für die Inlandsankünfte erwartet Sie unser Fahrer in der Ankunftshalle mit Ihrem Namensschild. Für die internationalen Ankünfte gehen Sie bitte aus der Ankunftslobby, um unseren Fahrer an der Säule 10 zu treffen (nur wenige Schritte vom Lobby-Haupteingang entfernt). Um jeglichen Taxibetrug zu vermeiden, folgen Sie bitte keinen Fremden, wenn sie Ihren Namen nicht haben.

Excellent communication and service. Was able to accommodate our new arrival time as we missed our original flight. Gave accurate instructions on pick up point where driver was waiting for us.
The service I was received was second to none. Right from the first contact I had when. Oolong on line to getting dropped off at the hotel was first class and very professional. The day before I arrived I was sent a photo of where I was going to be picked up and sure enough the driver was waiting for me . A lovely and helpful gentleman. I can’t rate the service highly enough: I will definitely be using the service again.

We had a party of 5 and the vehicle was so small that we couldn't get all our luggage in. Which was 5 regular bags and 5 carry on. Plus the 5th seat was a fold up seat in the back. We had to rent a taxi to accommodate all of us.
Dear Michael, As a professional operator, we always love to hear the customer feedbacks to improve our service. However, your complaints seems unfair and you mislead the story. In our product, there is a quote option for a car (max 5pax) and quote option for a van (max 12 pax). The quote option for a van is more expensive than one for the car. You choose to pay less taking a car (max 5pax). Your group has 5 people plus 5 big suitcases and 3 backpacks (while we wrote clearly lugguage capacity max 3 suitcases or backpacks for a car option). Obviously you knew well before you booked that you could not expect to have much space choosing the car for 5 western persons plus 5 big suitcases and 3 big backpacks. The 7 seater car (Toyota Innova) was produced internationally in size. Driver takes one seat and so only 6 seaters left for 5 of you plus 8 big suitcases and backpacks. We don't understand why you complained about the problem you know well it would happen. Our team contacted you to ask why you did not pay more to have a van. You told us that you thought the car would fit, adding that my company must arrange 2 cars for you due to much of the lugguage (but you did not want to pay extra). It sounds so strange. Hopefully, you should think more before asking such a question. Thanks
