Excellent, hung did a fantastic job especially explaining everything we didn't know about vietnamese food ..it was so much fun for all. Plus we made some great friends as part of our group.

Mr Hung gives a tour of the market while he buys ingredients for you to cook. Back at kitchen he gives give a step by step guide to you while you peel,cut,chop and mix your ingredients together. Your own prepared food is cooked on a charcoal BBQ. Then the challenge is to eateverything,that's not easy

It was excellent. I really wanted to learn how to make the pancake and the fried spring roll. I felt when the class was over I had an excellent sense of how to do these two things. The chef was generous with his knowledge and explained where things might go wrong which was very helpful.

We had such a wonderful and memorable experience! The service was excellent, and everything was well taken care of from start to finish. Chef Hung Pickle and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout. It truly made our day extra special with unexpected experience. A fabulous morning with Chef and teacher Hung. A tour of the market to purchase our ingredients then a fantastic cooking class with our small group. The teaching was hands on, patient and instructive. The meal we made we then enjoyed immensely. Amazing experience that I would highly recommend. Thank you Hung!

We had a wonderful time with hung pickle! He was very informative and fun to work with. The only thing I didn’t get was the recipe for ginger tea.

I had a fantastic experience with Chef Hung Pickle. He took us to the market and showed us lots of ingredients and then we went to their cooking studio offsite. It was in a beautiful garden setting, very well equipped and we got to cook and enjoy 4 Vietnamese specialties. It was fun and the food was delicious. We also got a copy of the recipes to keep. I can highly recommend Chef Hung and this cooking class.
