Bei der Ankunft in der Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence bis spätestens 16.45 Uhr werden die Kunden von unseren Lehrern unter Einhaltung aller Maßnahmen des neuesten DL begrüßt. über Gesundheit und begleitet zu einem Raum aus dem Jahr 1700 n. Chr Dort erklären wir Ihnen die Speisekarte und prüfen Allergien, um allen gerecht zu werden. Die Köche begleiten Sie vom Anfang bis zum Ende des Kurses. Jede Person wird alles tun, es ist kein Demonstrationskurs, also krempeln Sie die Ärmel hoch und beginnen wir mit der Zubereitung von Desserts, Saucenstücken, Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten und Serviersaucen, frischen handgemachten Nudeln und einem Glas zum Wohlfühlen. Nachdem Sie alles erledigt haben? Abschließend verkosten wir das gesamte Menü mit der gleichen Menge toskanischem Wein. Am Ende des gesamten Erlebnisses werden Sie eine Broschüre mit Rezepten, die während des Kurses erstellt wurden, und ebenso viele Tricks der Köche als Erinnerung mitnehmen. Als Sprachen stehen Englisch und Italienisch zur Verfügung, eine Buchung auf Deutsch und Spanisch ist möglich, wenn die Köche pünktlich zum jeweiligen Kurs erscheinen. Vegetarisch inklusive.

Cooking class on May 13 was excellent. The booking information indicated they we would receive the recipes at the end of the class, however, the chef said that we needed to complete the review first and that they would then email the recipes. Still no recipes… :(

Everything about this experience was great! The food, the instructions, the quality and the company. The atmosphere was comfortable and the steps were easy to follow so the techniques could be used at home. Our teenage children had a blast and were made to feel a part of the process. Our visit was almost 3.5 hours and we had everything we needed for a fabulous meal! Thank you gentlemen for a lovely evening and an even better meal!

The total experience was incredible. We were 5 minutes late and we were able to participate. The instructions we understandable but the best part was we were able to take the recipies home

It was so much fun and we learned a lot. We also wound up eating a delicious meal. The staff and the chefs who taught us were wonderful. I would recommend this to everyone. Be aware that there is a lot of standing while learning and preparing. The food. If you have any mobility issues I’m sure they would try to accommodate your needs. They were most helpful throughout our entire experience

It was a nice experience and good food. It is a group activity not individual. We prepared 4 different things splitting the jobs. The only individual activity was making the pasta. The chef was really nice and the recipes were easy and good. The place is nice but they have a three groups at the same time which made it a little loud.
