Dies dient der Sicherheit und dem Komfort aller Passagiere an Bord.
- Wir empfehlen allen Passagieren, dunkle Kleidung zu tragen, um weniger Reflexionen in den Fenstern beim Fliegen zu haben und so bessere Fotos während Ihrer Tour zu machen
- Alle Passagiergewichte müssen zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung angegeben werden. Bei der Darstellung des Körpergewichts kann es beim Check-in zu einer Stornierung ohne Rückerstattung kommen.
- Flugrouten und Sehenswürdigkeiten können wetterbedingt variieren.
- Kleinkinder unter 24 Monaten müssen auf dem Schoß eines Erwachsenen sitzen. BITTE KONTAKTIEREN SIE AIR MAUI, WENN SIE EIN KIND MITBRINGEN. Über 24 Monate müssen einen eigenen bezahlten Sitzplatz belegen. Wir befolgen die gleichen FAA-Vorschriften wie die Fluggesellschaften.
- Bitte kontaktieren Sie Air Maui direkt, um Ihre Check-in- und Abflugzeit mindestens 72 Stunden vor Ihrem Flug zu erfahren!
- Nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Es gibt weder einen Rollstuhllift für Rollstuhlfahrer noch kann das Personal Personen persönlich/physisch beim Einsteigen in den Helikopter behilflich sein
- Der Hubschrauber ist eine gemeinsame Kabine mit 6 Passagieren und einem Piloten auf jeder Tour.
- An Bord sind keine Taschen erlaubt. Dazu gehören Geldbörsen, Gürteltaschen, Rucksäcke usw.
- Kunden müssen das Parken mit dem QR-Code am Eingang des Heliports bezahlen. Wir haben den QR-Code auch in unserem Büro. NUR KREDITKARTE.

Our pilot made us feel a part of tge experience the entire way by using our names and pointing out things along the way that were in our lives of sight. Highly recommend Air Maui.
We originally booked the Hana Rainforest tour but were rerouted to Molokai and West Maui mountains due to poor visibility and cloud cover on Haleakalā. We were not disappointed at all! The flight was incredible and our pilot was very knowledgeable about the islands. Definitely a bucket list item- I highly recommend this tour with Air Maui!

Great trip. We had to delete the crater due to weather but went over to Molokai instead. Was a great tour. Captain Kirk is the best. Great personality and knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend this tour

Even though we had to do a different route due to weather, it was an amazing experience! The highlight of my trip! Captain Kirk was very knowledgeable about the history and was entertaining. The views were unreal! So worth the money to do this!

Loved this helicopter experience! It was the highlight of my trip to Maui! Christian was our pilot and he was very professional and knowledgeable! My only disappointment was that the camera was not working so I was not able to purchase video of experience. Highly recommended Air Maui for your helicopter experience!

The cloud cover over the volcano prevented us from going there, but our brilliant pilot took us along the Maui coast and over to the spectacular cliffs and waterfalls of Molokai, commenting with clarity and authority on all we were seeing. A++

45-minute flight with Connor, a very experienced pilot. Professional and well organized agency, helicopters in very good condition. Only way to see the island well in a short time. Flight over rainforest, waterfalls and the coast. To do!

Our tour was mostly obscured by weather, but we were offered an alternative route which included more than we had reserved. It was fantastic, the staff and pilot were super friendly and accommodating.
