Thanks to Asia Great Tours , our holiday in Vietnam was fabulous. Billy made all the arrangements and was always available to answer any queries . We travelled to Ho chi Min and then Dananf and Hanoi. All in all a wonderful experience, we will definitely recommend him to friends
From the time I contacted Vietnam Great Tours until I left Vietnam, I found the service flawless I don't think Mr Billy sleeps as he answers email very fast. He handled every little detail flawlessly, and everything happened on my trip as planned. Do make sure you have Whatsapp as that is how he communicates. Every evening before an activity for the next day, I received pick-up times, place, and a contact. This was either sent by Mr Billy or the provider. All tours and transfers happened on time and were of high quality. The hotels were exquisite. If I could rate Mr Billy more than five stars, I would. He really is totally awesome, and I am highly satisfied. I totally without question recommend this Agency. Thanks for everything, Mr Billy.
Great tour. All the transfers were excellent. We saw a lot in a short time. Kayaking was fun and easy. The food was plentiful and delicious. Halong Bay is well worth a visit.
The tour was great, the guide was knowledgable and communicated well. Kayaking was an excellent way to move around the Bay. Cooking demonstration was an enjoyable experience as well.
We enjoyed our tour with Lee serving as our guide. While it would be easy to get rushed in trying to see all there is in the bay, Lee did a great job shepherding our diverse group through the attractions in a way that was still relaxing while letting us see what there was to see. When my wife was suffering from a stomach bug (unrelated to the delicious food we enjoyed on board). Lee borrowed the launch and used his contacts with the other tour companies to get us a remedy that helped. The kayaking was fun and we wish it could have gone longer, but all the activities were well planned and synchronized.
We are a family of 5 (3 boys ages 18,17 & 12) and we took this trip in April 2018. The whole trip was brilliantly managed; we were collected and transported in a lovely air conditioned coach, the transfer to the boat was efficient and the staff were very sweet and friendly. Our guide for the duration was Hung who was witty, and great at making sure we were always knew what we were doing and when. The setting is amazing and the kayaking & cooking demonstration were good fun but our best bit has to be watching the sun go down over the rocky outcrops from the deck of the boat and then squid fishing after dinner which we successfully did for hours!
We did a cruise for a couple of days, with visits to caves, islands, and beautiful beaches we went up and down thousands of steps, enjoyed fantastic views, Kayaked and ate the best food we tasted during our stay in Vietnam, the crew of the lovely, all-purpose boat the same waiter who at night served you some mojitos on the deck gave you a Tai Chi class at dawn, the cool cabins, an unforgettable experience.

<p>The pick up was half an hour early to the time they told us the night before so I had stuffed my breakfast quickly. Tour guide English has bit an accent so can be hard to understand but he is very friendly and makes lovey dovey jokes. Boat is bit old and small bedroom and bathroom. Every meals were good and has a variety of dishes. First night dinner was fun giving us problem solving games. 2 days went passed very fast and other passengers on the boat were also very friendly. The transport taking us back was badly organised that we had to go a large bus sharing with other local people we were bit rude.</p>
<p>An amazing tour of this place, truly magnificent and made all the better by our tour guide Lee and the crew of the Majestic Cruise. The food on board was delicious and the accomodation great. The boat gently cruised the Bay and I really can't add anything other than the views were amazing. Everything that was arranged happened meticulously, we had a lovely bedroom with glorious views. Unforgettable.</p>
