Halbtägige Resurrection Bay & Wildlife Tour ab Seward

I had so much fun! We saw tons of animals and the staff were very friendly and informative. The food served on board was good too.

I absolutely recommend this company to visit Resurrection Bay and the Gulf of Alaska! The crew was amazing and the captain was knowledgeable. Lunch, warm cookies, and ginger-ale on choppy water, were included. Thank you for the best day!

The Half-day Resurrection Bay WildlifeTour from Seward was excellent. The team on the Nunatak did a fabulous job of making us comfortable. They served our food which was delicious, made rounds to be sure we were doing ok and were very kind. The guide who narrated the tour was very knowledgeable and clearly loved what he does. Towards the end of the tour we encountered a large group of humpbacked whales which made our day! Definitely do this cruise.

Don’t let weather deter you! Still beautiful and more than worth. It. The crew was genuinely friendly and entertaining. The was amazing!

Overall the tour was great and the captain and crew did an amazing job. The money spent for 4.5 hours was well worth it for everything we saw. The ocean was very choppy the day we went but the captain did his best to remedy what he could so I would recommend taking some Dramamine prior to departing. The only issue was that our boat was overbooked and we did not have a place to sit for the first 30 minutes of the trip because they were dropping off another group to Fox island so make sure you arrive early.

Terrific Captain and crew on half day tour. We saw bald eagles, puffins, seals, humpback whales, glaciers, jellyfish, waterfalls, etc. We had a blast! Crew was very attentive.

The crew was wonderful. We saw humpback whales, seals, otters, sea lions, puffins and more! We would definitely use this company again.

We saw otter, sea lions, puffin, many varieties of birds and 2 kinds of whale. Our captain took plenty of time for us to watch the wildlife and get good photos.

What a great afternoon! Lunch included, bar service available, comfortable cushy seats, protected from weather, huge windows - what more could you ask for? Seals, sea otters, whale, glaciers were all on the agenda. And, to top it off, warm chocolate chip cookies on the way back.

What a great tour! We are Alaska residents who RV camp frequently in Seward, but on this trip we were on a day trip with the Alaska Railroad down from Anchorage, and had the afternoon available to go whale watching. Captain Wade and his crew were great, and with communication from other boats he found a large pod of humpbacks and we were fortunate to see them feeding cooperatively. He also found orcas and showed us all the usual wildlife (sea lions, otters, seals, kittiwakes, puffins, eagles, etc). The crew were super friendly, the lunch burritos were tasty, and fresh warm cookies on the ride back were much appreciated. The boat was big enough to be stable but still small enough to not have too many people, leaving plenty of space on the rails for everyone to see. This tour was enough fun that we did it in June and then came back again with different family members to do it again in July.
