Terrific tour! Relaxed pace and customized experience. Daniel was our tour guide and he was fabulous and entertaining! He put the sites and communities into historic perspective. He tailored the stories based on our interests. From the rise of modern day Medellin to the local lore around Parroquia La Veracruz, we were thoroughly entertained.

Iván was the most amazing, attentive, and friendliest tour guide. He made sure we were safe and comfortable while with him and even went to the pharmacy to get my sister medicine at the pharmacy when she was not feeling well. He is very professional, a great driver and very knowledgeable of everything in Medellin. Thank you, Iván for everything! Hasta luego amigo

We especially enjoyed the personal service so we could spend as much time as we wanted in each location. David was always on time and kept us moving and learning all about Medellin. We highly recommend this tour and if you get David as your guide, even better.

We had an incredible day, saw so much of the city and tried loads of new things. Our guide David was amazing and made it our favourite day of the trip!

It was a terrible experience. I requested to add visiting Arvi Park to the tour. They agreed and almost doubled the price. As a single person it went from over 500,000 pesos for the original tour to over 1,000,000 pesos with the add on. To walk in the park which was a fair distance drive away I thought that might be worth it. But all the guide did was send me on up on a cable car ride (and on my own) over part of the park. I was told not to get off at the top of the ride (which you could do) but loop back down because that would otherwise cost a second ticket. So for the extra 500,000 pesos all I got was a cable car ride without stopping. That was 20 something thousand pesos. And I did not get into the park at all. If that was all that was to be offered they should have informed me of that and I would not have agreed to pay another 500,000 pesos. When I conveyed my concerns to the tour company three times they ignored me each time. I had to go to Viator and all I received was a 155,000 peso refund. The company never did communicate with me.

My wife and I had the most incredible time on our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Jo! Santiago was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable and personable. Before the Comuna 13 climb, we had a deep dive—I wasn’t sure where it was going, but having the full story is very important to the experience.
