The guide was fantastic and knowledgeable. He was genuine interested in Polish food, traditions, culture and society. We also had many interesting conversations about everything, world and politics.

My partner and I were really disappointed with this tour. It was nothing like advertised at all. We were expecting to come away from this tour with having experienced many Polish dishes. (More than 10 is what is advertised) 3 is what we had. One of them was a doughnut. From the pictures we were looking forward to a variety of foods. Our tour didn't even include Pierogi? (again advertised) The tour itinerary suggested we would start and finish in the same spot, though we were left way out the way of the meeting point, which was inconvenient. This tour was promised to be between 3-4 hours. We were abandoned a 2.5 hours in. The tour guide was nice enough, though the experience had left us feeling disappointed, short changed and scammed. I want my money back.

As a female solo traveling this was a great experience! I felt so safe and comfortable to eat and learn about polish culture. Nezar was such a good tour guide and told us so many fun facts. Truly amazing!! Outstanding food culture with background to them

We had a great time on our tour. I was not sure how a food tour would be with children aged around 10 years old, but our guide Ophir made it fun and engaging for them. It has been a point of reference for what we have eaten on our Poland trip since. The mix of information about history and food was really appreciated as well.

Tour was informative and guide was engaging and ensured that as a solo traveler that I was included. Being on the tour allowed me to sample a variety of dishes and to learn more about the stories behind the dishes. Would recommend. Also loved that our guide was a bit of a history buff and shared his knowledge as we walked around Old Town.

Fantastic guide, but not that foodie minded.

Unfortunately, our experience with this business was extremely disappointing. We booked a private food tour for a group of five. We arrived at the designated meeting point approximately 10 minutes early and waited for around 30 minutes, but our guide never met us. While we were still at the meeting point, we called the booking platform's 24-hour support line. The representative attempted to contact the guide several times while we waited, but we were told there was no response. We subsequently requested a refund because the tour had not taken place. The operator denied the request, claiming that the guide had been at the meeting point and had attempted to contact us. We have no record of receiving those communications. During our discussions with customer support, it also emerged that an incorrect email address had been used, despite our correct email address being associated with our account. What was particularly confusing was being told that the operator had provided documentation showing that the guide had picked up "other travellers." Ours was a private tour exclusively for our group of five, so we asked how other travellers being collected demonstrated that our guide was present for our private booking. We did not receive a satisfactory explanation. We also asked for the evidence supporting the operator's account and requested that the support call made while we were physically waiting at the meeting point be considered. Nevertheless, the refund continued to be refused on the basis that the operator had denied it. We can only review the experience we personally had: we arrived for the tour, waited at the agreed meeting point, contacted support in real time when nobody arrived, and ultimately received no tour and no refund. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering booking carefully review the cancellation/refund terms and keep screenshots, location evidence and records of all communications in case something goes wrong.
