I had my Panama Canal tour with Cesar. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. What a wonderful and phenomenal individual. I walked in blind and wanted to learn about Panama and the Panama Canal along with some of its history first hand from a Panamanian. Cesar was just the person for that. The entire tour was in English. His linguistic capability and knowledge only makes me believe he is bilingual at an academy level. I know this because I used to teach all esl levels and college courses. That said, I will recommend Cesar to all my friends and colleagues should they go to Panama. Thank you fine sir. You definitely left me an unforgettable pleasant experience.

If you are looking for a fabulous tour of Panama and the canal, I highly recommend Jhaline Tours Panama. Logan was very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. We had a private tour.
