Der Lion & Safari Park liegt 30 bis 45 Autominuten von Johannesburg entfernt in der historischen Wiege der Menschheit. Es ist auch die Heimat von Geparden, Hyänen, Wildhunden, verschiedenen Antilopen und einem Turm mit zahmen Giraffen. Der Lion & Safari Park bietet Gästen ein angenehmes Mini-Safari-Erlebnis in einem malariafreien Gebiet. Erkunden Sie über 600 Hektar des natürlichen Lebensraums der Löwen in einem speziellen Safarifahrzeug mit einem professionellen Wildhüter. Nach der Abholung machen wir uns auf den Weg zum Lion & Safari Park nördlich von Johannesburg in der Wiege der Menschheit. Nach einer kurzen Sicherheitsbesprechung werden Sie in einem speziellen offenen Safarifahrzeug auf eine zweistündige Pirschfahrt im Raubtiergehege mitgenommen. Kehren Sie zum Hauptzentrum zurück und verbringen Sie etwas Zeit damit, die jungen Löwenbabys und andere Tiere zu beobachten. Im Wetlands Restaurant können Sie etwas zu essen und zu trinken kaufen (auf eigene Kosten) und die Kleinen können sicher auf dem beaufsichtigten Kinderspielplatz spielen. Besuchen Sie das 5 Dome Shopping Experience für einen Weihnachtseinkaufsbummel. Sie finden eine große Auswahl an afrikanischem Kunsthandwerk, Schmuck, Kleidung und Haushaltswaren aus der Region. Nach einer schönen Zeit im Safaripark bringt Sie Ihr Guide zurück zu Ihrer Unterkunft in Johannesburg.

We went on our first safari last week but only saw 2 of the Big 5. Our tour guide did not disappoint us at this venue, Lion and Safari Park was the perfect way to close out our week in Johannesburg. Watching the lions feed from the safety of the vehicle had all of us leaning forward. We also passed wild dogs, hyenas, giraffes, wildebeest, and zebras throughout the park, with plenty of good light for photos and staff happy to talk conservation. Evie made sure this last day landed the way the whole week had; it was enjoyable, well-run, and safe. A strong finish to a week we won’t forget.

I had a great experience at the Lion & Safari Park. It was the perfect half-day trip from Johannesburg and a great way to experience South Africa’s wildlife. The park is well organized, the facilities are clean, and everything ran smoothly. We saw lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, zebras, and several other animals, and our guide shared interesting information throughout the drive. A special thank you to the driver, Lebo, who was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. He made the experience even more enjoyable with his positive attitude and excellent service. I would definitely recommend the Lion & Safari Park to anyone looking for a well-organized wildlife experience close to Johannesburg

Great day …had a 2 hour truck ride around the park . Saw prides of lions, including white lions. Saw zebras, wild dogs, hienas,and fed the giraffe.

My adventure began when Nicholas picked me up at my hotel. He was so kind and had a great sense of humors, putting me at easy right away as a solo traveler. When we got to the park he took us to the ticket booth and helped us get acclimated with directions. The tour itself was unreal. Being so close to lions was an experience I never thought I’d have. Our guide Masan, was full of interesting facts, funny anecdotes and gave each of us the very best experience. He took pictures for me and helped create memories I’ll have for ever. I loved this experience and wish everyone had the opportunity to go.

Highly recommend this tour! The transfer service was easy and the guide was very knowledgeable. The park was beautiful, and had a coffee shop, connivence store and restaurant. We were able to see so many animals during our drive. Def worth the trip if you are staying in Johannesburg.

This was a Very Informative and Educational experience. One gets to see the animals at a relatively close distance. Dusty, the tour guide, had many things that she had learned over 11 to 12 years of working there.
