Walid picked us up from our hotel and we had a great experience. He was very experienced and spoke perfect English. I wanted to visit the great mosque and he made that happened even though we were told that the mosque was closed that day. He suggested a great place to eat lunch which made our experience even better.
The guide Amer had a high energy and was very kind. Learned a lot about the local culture and it was very practical and flexible in terms of what we wanted to do the most, totally recommend. Best way to know the city mixing local and touristic lens.
A little bit of everything of Kuwait in a few hours. City and desert. A nice experience to get a grip of Kuwait in a short time.
Our tour guide, Walied, did a great job showing us the sights of Kuwait. We were able to see the Grand Mosque of Kuwait, several museums, and the Kuwaiti desert all in one day. Walied also seamlessly arranged a visit requested by us to an additional mosque we were interested in. We highly recommend Walied and his excellent tour.
It was a good opportunity to get orientated to Kuwait City and a few of its museums. The day ended with an opportunity to eat dinner and shop in the souk.
ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! BEWARE AND DONT BOOK!! We booked for 8am and no one showed. Contacted Viator and they said operator told them it’s too early they will arrive at 9:30. So why was the 8am slot available in the first place?? 9:30am no one shows up. Contact them again and they said they are too busy and will just cancel. We totally wasted hours and leaving Kuwait today. So disappointed and they should be banned from Viator

We were in Kuwait with a business club of 13 people from the Netherlands. We booked a city tour with Walid. He was flexible as our flight in was delayed and we had a great tour through the highlights of Kuwait City with the mini van. Walid especially had great feeling of where to stay a bit longer, and where to speed up a little and his English is very understandable. You see all the highlight of Kuwait City in half a day and I can fully recommend Walids tour!
