Bruno was a confident and able driver supplying plenty of information throughout the personal tour. Itinerary was followed and he allowed time to enjoy the sights. Timely & always respectful in opening doors! Enjoyed just the general conversation too aside from the tour information.
This was a great introductory to Lisbon all at once and it highlighted a lot of great parts of the city and the history of Lisbon! Luis did a great job!
Joaquim was very knowledgeable and wonderful person. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. My family really enjoyed his company and took a great deal of knowledge about Lisbon from him. I strongly recommend everyone should take him as your navigator, driver and guide when visiting Lisbon.
The driver tour guide was below par. He suggested places not to miss but didn’t include them in the afternoon’s list. He was in a hurry to end his 4 hours. Some places could only be viewed outside. We didn’t complete the list but chose instead to get off at the museum of carriages.
We regret that you did not like it and we accept your opinions and complaints when they are real and true, which did not happen on the tour you booked. When you made the reservation, you had a description of the tour, as well as the route and what it included. So we cannot accept that you complain about the company and the guide who has experience and qualifications to carry out the work with excellence as described in the comments. If you read the description of the tour, it indicates the approximate time of stop at the monuments and in a half day the monuments are not visited. the guide even stopped at places that are not included to take pictures. The tour, as indicated, lasts 4 hours, many times we ended it for 4:30 am and according to the guide's information, they ended the tour at 5:20 pm because they said they wanted to stay and visit the monuments in Belem and they dismissed the guide. if you wanted to visit the monuments, don't reserve a half day because everything you want to visit takes 2 days and not 4 hours. I advise that next time when booking a tour they read the description so that in the end they don't complain about what they didn't pay for. thanks and best regards Luís
Good tour. Able to get a quick overview of the City and its history from our driver and appreciated the city sights he selected for our viewing and visiting. If you only have a half day to use on a tour, sign up for this one!
