Wir werden die Häuser lokaler Familien besuchen, in denen der ländliche Erlebnistourismus praktiziert wird, wo wir auch die südamerikanischen Kameliden bewundern können.
Wunderschöne Friedhöfe aus der Prä-Inka- und Inka-Zeit, auf denen sich die majestätischen Grabtürme (Chullpas) bis zu 12 Meter hoch erheben, umgeben von der Umayo-Lagune.

The visit to the Chullpas de Sillustani was very interesting and the place is really worth it. However, the logistics of transport could be improved: apparently they did not calculate the number of passengers correctly and, despite having booked in advance, I had to travel separately from my partner. They also told us that they would pick us up at the hotel, but in the end we had to walk to the cathedral, and there were no seats left together. I would recommend confirming the exact pick-up point in advance and ensuring better seating arrangements to avoid these drawbacks. Still, the destination is beautiful and the experience on site was good.

Queremos comentar, con total transparencia, que su reserva se realizó en plena festividad de la Virgen de la Candelaria, una de las celebraciones más importantes del Perú y Puno. Durante esos días, la afluencia de visitantes suele superar ampliamente la capacidad operativa habitual (hoteles, transporte y tours), no solo de nuestra empresa, sino de muchas agencias de viaje en la ciudad. Si bien ello explica parte de lo ocurrido, reconocemos que debimos manejar mejor la organización para evitar que usted y su pareja viajaran separados. Asimismo, como seguramente pudo observar, durante esos días muchas calles del centro de la ciudad permanecen cerradas debido al desarrollo de las danzas y actividades festivas. Por esta razón, de manera excepcional, no siempre es posible realizar el recojo directamente en cada hotel como sí sucede con normalidad el resto del año. En esos casos, el punto de encuentro que manejamos es la Plaza Mayor, específicamente detrás de la Catedral, ya que toda la zona se vuelve peatonal. Sin embargo, tomamos muy en cuenta su observación, porque entendemos que esta información debe comunicarse con mayor claridad y anticipación. Agradecemos sinceramente su recomendación, ya que nos ayuda a reforzar dos aspectos importantes de nuestra operación: confirmar con mayor precisión el punto exacto de recojo y mejorar la organización de los asientos, especialmente en fechas de alta demanda. Lovely little trip. It was really interesting to see and very close to Puno. Loved the scenery. Not very packed either so for those wanting something more chilled, this is a good one!

Tour was a good value. Our guide was good and the sites were great. The only negatives with the tour was the following: 1. No AC on the bus so it was boiling the first half of the tour. 2. The microphone on the bus was bad we missed most of what the tour guide said. 3. Large group of 27 so the bus was packed even though the tour is advertised as 19 max capacity. My recommendation to all English attendees on this tour would be to go with a different tour operator because the sites are great but the tour operation could use improvement.

Visiting Sillustani, we were able to tour the chullpas, discovering the history and culture of ancient Andean civilizations, and admire the stunning surrounding landscape.
