Auf der Smile Organic Farm bringen wir Ihnen nicht nur bei, wie man thailändisches Essen zubereitet. Unsere Schule befindet sich in einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Bio-Bauernhof und Garten. Sie lernen, wie man Gemüse anbaut und Kräuter in unserem eigenen Garten probiert, sowie zu kochen und Ihr Essen in einer entspannten Atmosphäre zu genießen. Die Smile Organic Farm liegt 45 Minuten von der Altstadt von Chiang Mai entfernt. in der Nähe der heißen Quellen von San Kamphaeng. Auf dem Weg zur Schule halten wir an einem lokalen Markt, Sie werden die traditionelle Lebensweise der Einheimischen sehen, die auf dem Land von Chiang Mai leben. Wir haben einen Bio-Gemüsegarten, in dem wir alles selbst anbauen; mit Liebe wachsen, da wir uns wünschen, eine gute Gesundheit zu haben. Wir verwenden sie, um unser eigenes gesundes thailändisches Essen zuzubereiten, und stellen sie auch stolz für Ihre Gerichte zur Verfügung. Alle Gerichte sind als vegetarisch oder vegan erhältlich, Die Lehrer sind erfahren, lustig und in der Lage, den Schülern persönliche Hilfe zu geben. Unsere Rezepte sind nützlich und einfach zu Hause nachzumachen, und die Schüler erhalten ein E-Book für alle Rezepte per E-Mail.

Very good experience perfect chiice for a faina day
We had an amazing time with Organic Farm from taking us to the local market where Chef Love explained all the ingredients to guiding us through a smooth and stress free cooking experience. Not only do you get the ease of pick up but a local and authentic insight into Northern Thai cuisine in a beautiful natural cooking space. We also really appreciated the personalisation part of each of the meals to our tastes and preferences. Chef Love was very personable and great at creating a fun vibe in the group. Would highly recommend for anyone keen to experience and replicate Thai cooking for themselves.

We had such a wonderful experience at this cooking class! Even though it rained all day and we couldn't visit the herb garden as originally planned, Chef Love adapted the class seamlessly by bringing all the herbs and vegetables indoors. He took the time to explain each ingredient, its uses, and the role it plays in Thai cooking, so we never felt like we had missed out. Chef Love's instructions were clear, easy to follow, and engaging. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun, whether you were an experienced cook or a complete beginner. I was genuinely surprised at how delicious my dishes turned out! The highlight for me was the tom yum paste. It was absolutely incredible and packed with flavour. I only wish they sold it because I would have bought some to take home! I suppose it's their secret recipe, and I can see why. We left with full stomachs, new cooking skills, and a much deeper appreciation for authentic Thai cuisine. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!
