Viator accepted the booking without confirming a guide was available. No guide was available and they didn’t contact us until a couple of hours beforehand - we did not get the message until we were at the meeting point. Maybe it would’ve been fine.
Hi, Richard. Thank you for posting a review. We regret to hear that your experience was not as you expected. We sent you a message to your email and we tried to contact you but nobody answered on the other side. We apologize for any inconvinience. Best regards, Carlos Booking Dept.
Buenos Aires is nice, better not to mention prices in general because practically everything is 50% above what you pay in Chile and sometimes much more too. But for a weekend Friday through Sunday it doesn't feel so much. The good thing is that it looks very clean to what at least I saw years ago and in the middle of the night, there is no sense of insecurity, everyone enjoying and wearing their best snack, I am very happy for the Argentines. We as Chileans are very concerned about security on the street and I must stress that in all the places we visited we did not feel any fear, as we also saw police presence almost everywhere. Regarding food, there are many alternatives, although expensive probably, but always of very good quality. Puerto Madero very cute, but very expensive lunch there, in the order of US$90.00 per person and ordering with the handbrake on.
Gracias por enviarnos tu opinión. Con certeza, ayudará a otros viajeros. Cordialmente, Carlos
Anahi was a great guide who not only knew the area but also had great personal insight into the vibe of the city. We really appreciated having a young guide to talk about an area that is driven and shaped so much by the young. My only knock was that I thought it would cover more; I believed it was going to be 2 hours and even though we had a lot of additional questions it only lasted about 90 minutes.

The tour starts at Garibaldi statue and then you walk for 20 minutes on a street where there is nothing to see. After that, you see some street art, most of it not very interesting. This tour has low value for money

Entertaining and enlightening tour with Vito, an art student with passion and connection to the subject matter. Great introduction to Palermo SOHO area as well as understanding the purpose of the murals & the impact of the graffiti in the area.

My wife loves street art and we decided to go ahead and hire this tour. We met our guide at the meeting point. There were three couples more in the group. We walked around Palermo Soho and could learn about local street artists and their expressions. We had a wonderful time with our guide and took many pictures. Russel street is fantastic! You shouldn’t miss it.
