Ein paar Meter vom Haus der Cousins Francisco und Jacinta Marto entfernt steht Lúcias Haus. Lúcia lebte bis 1921 in Aljustrel. In dem nun für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglichen Haus fanden die ersten Verhöre der drei Visionäre von Fátima statt. Das Haus bewahrt einige Habseligkeiten und persönliche Gegenstände von Schwester Lúcia auf. Zeit: Von November bis März: 9:00 bis 13:00 Uhr; 14:00 bis 18:00 Uhr; von April bis Oktober: 9:00 bis 13:30 Uhr; 14:30 bis 19:00 Uhr
Valinhos ist ein symbolträchtiger Ort für die Gläubigen der Fátima-Erscheinungen, denn den Berichten der Fátima-Seher zufolge erschien dort 1916 der Engel und am 19. August 1917 die Muttergottes. An diesem Ort gibt es Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Kreuzweg auf dem Caminho dos Pastorinhos und Calvário Húngaro sowie Loca do Cabeço.

Our guide was excellent. Informative. She was knowledgeable about the town, the shepherds and the Miracle at Fatima. We visited their homes and then went to their graves and viewed the church. She explained about where the Vision of the Lady of Fatima occurred. She provided other things such as the placement of the bullets from the attempted assassination on Pope John Paul had been placed in Fatima. Brought there by his holiness. We viewed the new basilica.

First of all, our guide Catarina Foustino was Great! She pointed out areas along the way and when we arrived, her knowledge of the area was second to none. Her efficiency in getting my wife and I around the multitudes gave us more time to concentrate in our areas of interest. The driver called in the last few minutes before arriving and canceled the trip and we had no alternative to find an alternative vendor and we’re stranded and not knowing what to do for that afternoon
We apologize for what happened. However, I must say that a message was sent to you the day before the tour informing you that it would be canceled and that you would receive a refund for the money paid. This would have prevented you from traveling and "try to hitchhike". Our customers are our top priority. Disruptions happen, as do personal problems, so when we encounter them, we always try to contact our customers as quickly as possible to let them know. In most cases, when we receive messages through the Viator message center, we respond through the same channel, as we understand that sometimes cell phones may not work due to roaming services being very expensive,and therefore remain turned off most of the time.
Fatima was a wonderful experience. Our guide Catarina was wonderful. She was so patient and helpful with my mother who has limited mobility issues. I would definitely do it again.

It was not a tour as we thought, We were picked up at the hotel and drop off which was very good. After pick up the driver took us to Fatima and drop us off for a while to tour on our own and drove us back to the hotel. There were not other passengers that day. From The tour description described s small tour of 8 people max. This ended up being a transportation to and from Fatima. We paid over 200 euros for it. Not the tour we had experienced before from Viator.

Unfortunately, due to the World Youth Day event taking place, the usual car park was closed, forcing the guide to change the route. The solution found, although not the best, was the possible solution to avoid a long walk to return to the vehicle. We emphasise that this tour of only 4 hours was created for groups who just want a quick visit to the Shrine of Fatima and in order to respect the privacy and faith of each one we do not see the need to accompany the group while they visit the Shrine or make their prayers.
