Die Große Pyramide von Gizeh (auch Khufu-Pyramide und Cheops-Pyramide genannt) ist die älteste und größte der drei Pyramiden in der Nekropole von Gizeh, die an das grenzt, was heute El-Gizeh ist. Sie ist das älteste der Sieben Weltwunder der Welt Antike Welt, und die einzige, die weitgehend intakt geblieben ist. Wael was the best tour guide we had in Egypt! His driver and tour guide to-be, Abdul, was a great addition. Their English was perfect; Wael was full of good information; he helped us to get around Sakkara, Memphis, and Giza; and he provided us with more than what we paid for! That being said, the organization of the tour was a bit difficult. Although the tour guide was great, the agency could improve its communication with the clients. For instance, we did not know when or where we would be picked up until 2 days before the tour. We visited many things that were not advertised as well. So if you have something you want to see, you should mention it right away to your tour guide! For future travelers, prepare for a fun tour but be aware that you may have to wait a long time before being in contact with someone.
