Dieses Erlebnis bietet die einzige direkte Tour von Bath nach Stonehenge. Die Fahrt nach Stonehenge dauert pro Strecke knapp eine Stunde. Wir verwenden luxuriöse Minibusse mit großen Panoramafenstern, Klimaanlage und bequemen Sitzen, um Ihre Reise entspannt und angenehm zu gestalten. Unterwegs zeigt Ihnen der Fahrer/Reiseleiter alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, vom Panoramablick auf die Salisbury Plains bis hin zu Celtic Hill Forts und strohgedeckten Dörfern. An einem klaren Tag können Sie sogar das berühmte Westbury White Horse sehen – eine der Chalk Hill Carvings of Ancient Wessex.

Sie werden mindestens 2 Stunden in Stonehenge sein. Dies ist genug Zeit, um Stonehenge richtig zu sehen und den Souvenirladen, das Café und die Ausstellungshalle im Besucherzentrum zu genießen. An einem klaren Tag können wir das Westbury White Horse sehen, eine Kreidehügel-Schnitzerei aus den 1770er Jahren. Unsere Route bietet einen Panoramablick auf die Salisbury Plain und das Avon Valley und passiert Cley Hill, die Hügelfestung und den Grabhügel aus der Eisenzeit.
Als Teil unserer Reise sehen wir reetgedeckte Cottages und ein historisches Gefängnis.

I recently visited Stonehenge and had a fantastic experience! The view of the stones rising across the historic Wiltshire landscape is truly astonishing and looks just like it does in pictures—if not more breathtaking in person. It’s easy to see why this is such an iconic World Heritage site.I also have to give a massive shoutout to our amazing driver. From smooth, comfortable transportation to great local insights and a very professional attitude, they truly elevated the day out.My only slight disappointment is that you cannot physically touch the stones during standard daytime visits, as they are roped off to protect the monument. However, I completely understand the preservation rules.Overall, it was a magical and highly recommended trip!
My husband and I booked Scarper Tours for a tour of Stonehenge from Bath and were very pleased with them. The signup process was simple, and when I had a question about my reservation, they answered my email promptly. The driver picked us up in Bath and pointed out interesting sights along the way to Stonehenge. Once there, we had 2 hours to explore before returning to the bus for the drive back to Bath. There is a lot of walking from the parking lot up to the site and back, and on a hat day it's important to bring water. There were about 20 in the group, which was a manageable size.
The tour was great. The pick up place was easy to find. The guide offered a lot of useful information. I'd recommend this tour very much.
Sally was so upbeat, knowledgeable and organized. The bus was clean and comfortable. On time, all her instructions and advised were concise, easy to understand and brief. Her driving was excellent. We felt safe and happy. She clearly loves her countryside and made us love it too!

We booked the afternoon tour ( July 13). Our guide Richard was friendly knowledgeable and funny! He told us great stories about about Bath, the Salisbury Plains and Stonehenge. This is a great way to see Stonehenge. There is plenty of time allotted and Richard pointed out the burial mounds, the small villages, the white horse of Westbury and many other sites along the route. Highly recommended.

Richard was a great driver and guide! It was pretty hot when we went (afternoon) but so worth the trip here. The view there and back is beautiful. The bus was extremely comfortable and plenty of space to keep your things.
