The bus was an hour late to get started with the tour. It's not what it looks like in the online photos. We couldn't hear the historical information from the tour guide throughout the bus tour. Only 1 speaker was partially working and only the 1st 4 rows could hear. We were guided to a very specific stop while in lil Havana and could only order a drink there. The bus stated after the boat tour it would be back every hour on the hour and that didnt happen either. The 4pm bus never showed up. The boat tour was the best part of the tour but we were on a pirate ship unlike the boat in the photos.
Overall good but the bus was 40 minutes late to start, with no announcement as to why or when it would arrive. Also, the the hour wait to start the boat tour portion was irritating, and they wouldn't let us board so we had to wait in line in the heat.
The Miami Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour and Billionaire’s Row boat ride were a great way to see the city! The bus made it easy to explore Miami’s top neighborhoods, and the boat tour offered beautiful views of the skyline and incredible waterfront mansions. The guides were informative and entertaining, making the experience both fun and relaxing. Definitely worth it!
i would give this 0 stars if i can. the bus ABANDONED the whole group after the boat ride . we called many times and were all told different things . one person was even told that it is not the buses responsibility to get us back to the meeting point even though it is advertised as drop off is back to the meeting point. After a while they stopped picking up any of our phone calls. The whole group had to find their way back on their own . overall horrible experience.
While the bus tour was fine, we were not given clear instructions on the boat tour. We walked around for 30 minutes looking for help while one booth just sent us to the next. It was quite aggravating.
We did bus and water tour. The bus was SUPER old and outdated. The seats had holes. Only realized after I scratched my arm and thought I was bleeding. Once we got to where the boat was the directions given to get to board were incorrect and once we found the correct boarding area we realized the oldest, rundown PIRATE ship was the one we were getting on. Tho the views were nice and interaction was decent it felt like we were just at the bottom of the barrel in our transportation. Would not recommend

This tour was very informative and enjoyable! Except, there was no air condition on the bottom level of the bus as advertised. But this tour was the highlight of our trip!!! We really enjoyed it!
The tour guide was very friendly, drove very well, and he spoke clearly in several languages so we all could understand.
The bus tour is very interesting. You see parts of Miami you might not normally see. However, the bus is very hot with no AC. Also, a few windows were cracked which affects the view. The boat tour was enjoyable as well. The boat had AC on the lower level.
