The dancing at Bomas was spectacular! Such enthusiasm was evident in all the dancers and instrumentalists. Also the clothing of each tribal group was unique and colorful, the dances different. In addition, there are replicas of small tribal villages with huts and granaries. Each tribe is a little different. Since these are set aside, it is a pleasant walk, not too long but adequately show village structures either a little signage about the tribe.
The show was really excellent. Wonderful traditional dances and acrobatics...well worth the time and money.
very polite and friendly driver saw a nice community of women making and working with beads and the cultural dance was great
I can't commend Titus my driver enough, pickup was complicated and he went over and above to make this experience a good one, thanks Titus Show was excellent really enjoyed it
Better go by yourself there, dont buy a tour. first they take you to the souvenir market, then to another. I met my tour guide at 1pm and the show itself started at 3.30pm. After i finished my shopping guide completely lost interest in me. Show itself was fine, but way less spectacular than i expected.
Loved it all. Tour guide was knowledgeable had great information. The dancing was fantastic! Even the baboons Warthogs all added to the wonderful day!
We had a very good time. They have set up a walkway that has all the different tribes history and dwellings, the dancing in the the cultural center was awesome to see. They to thru the various areas of Kenya and the dances that are represented, they also included the audience which was fun to watch.
Dancing presentation is excellent, loved the houses, driver very good, unfortunately had to wait half hour for others to finish lunch so lost time at site
It is an extraordinary place where the many tribes of Kenya dance and sing... a must see!! Kenyan students from various schools also come to this show who show how happy they are with the singing and dancing..they also participate and some teachers tsmbien
Although Bomas was closed due to the election, they offered to do a different excursion, I was hesitant at first, but had an amazing time! Stephen is a great guide, funny, warm and took good care of me. We went to a lovely spot for lunch--super delicious food, and service. Grace responded to communications quickly and thoroughly answered my questions. When I go back to Kenya I will definitely contact Grace to arrange other tours/events. (Although they didn't know it was my birthday-- I had such a good time, I couldn't have had a better birthday experience :) Thank you!)
