Das Blockhouse ist eine Backsteinruine hoch über dem English Harbour im Nelson Dockyard Nationalpark mit Blick auf die südöstliche Küste von Antigua. Es wurde im 18. Jahrhundert erbaut und bietet einen freien Blick auf die Küste Antiguas.
Shirley Heights ist eine restaurierte militärische Aussichts- und Geschützbatterie. Der Aussichtspunkt ist ein Höhepunkt (ca. 490 ft.), der einen herrlichen Blick auf die englischen und Falmouth Harbours bietet, eine der besten Aussichten in Antigua!!
Dieser Park ist seit dem 18. Jahrhundert das Herzstück der Marinetätigkeit auf der Insel. Es ist berühmt dafür, dass es die einzige georgische Werft der Welt ist, die noch in Betrieb ist. Im Laufe der Jahre hat es seine maritime und koloniale Geschichte bewahrt und wurde 2016 zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe ernannt.
Am Pigeon Point Beach werden Sie von feinem weißen Sand begrüßt, der zufällig mit Bäumen durchsetzt ist und eine luftige und dennoch schattige Umgebung schafft. Dieser idyllische kleine Strand in der ruhigen Bucht von Falmouth Harbour liegt in der Nähe vieler beliebter Orte im englischen Hafen und ist einer der zugänglichsten Strände der Insel.

Sobald Sie aussteigen, gehen Sie bitte die Promenade entlang und folgen Sie ihr bis zum Parkplatz Barbuda Express. Bitte suchen Sie den örtlichen Vertreter, der ein Schild mit der Aufschrift Voyages Antigua hält. Wenn Ihr Schiff am Nevis Pier anlegt : Folgen Sie bitte den Hinweisen und Hinweisen, um den Kreuzfahrtschiffssteg zu verlassen. Wenn Sie aussteigen, biegen Sie links auf die Promenade ab und folgen Sie bis zur ZONE 7 am Parkplatz Barbuda Express. Bitte suchen Sie den örtlichen Vertreter, der ein Schild mit der Aufschrift Voyages Antigua hält. Um eine reibungslose Abreise zu gewährleisten, bitten wir alle Gäste, mindestens 10 Minuten vor der geplanten Tourzeit am vorgesehenen Abfahrtsort zu sein. Empfohlenes Kleid Bequeme leichte Kleidung, Wanderschuhe, Badeanzug, Sonnenbrille, Sonnencreme und Handtuch.

It was a very good tour. Enjoyed learning something about the history of Antigua. And the views were beautiful.
We ended up with a very small group that was accomodated by the provider. Leo our guide was very personable and fun to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the sites visited and flexible to meet our needs/wants. Overall, looking at a map we saw about 1/2 the island. The van was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. It was noted that we were going off-season, so the crowds at the stops were not overwhelming which was nice.
Tour of Antigua was great! We enjoyed the sites and the information shared about the island. The view from Shirley Heights was amazing.

Our driver Leo was very good!! Polite and new the right places to take us. The Pigeon Beach was beautiful. He was on time for pickup and drop off. I recommend this tour if you are with children and don’t have to much time.

Ensure the driver knows what package you bought. We bought the half day Antigua Round but, we only saw the Devil's bridge. He tried to take us to Sheirley's height but, we had been there on a previous tour the day before. He also took us to Nelson's Dockyard eventhough we told him we had been there yesterday. It was a total waste of our money. The driver, informative but, was on his phone constantly while driving, making it an unsafe and uncomfortable ride.

It was fantastic! We loved our Tour Guide and Driver. The van was clean, cool van. We did an excursion in every Port and this was our favorite. I believe I got this tour mixed up with another tour when submitting my Viator review regarding lack of seat belts & water. Please, disregard that review.

Nice air conditioned van and friendly & helpful Guide. No seat belts and lack of offering water to everyone in the van were the reasons we gave it a 4 instead of 5.
Very fun and educational tour. A super cute guide who was genuinely interested in everyone. It is a lovely, quiet and beautiful island and the guide has done her job well to show that. A ten with a snatch.
The pickup process was efficient and the transport van was very comfortable. The guide was a delight and very informative. My only suggestion is that the beach location could improve dramatically in terms of facilities.
