DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!! It is a complete ripoff & Viator chose to believe the vendor who lied about what took place vs believing their paying customers. We basically received a $20 Cabo Arch tour which we paid $70/ea for. We did not get the advertised half day tour, nor the drinks that were supposed to be included. We arrived early at the assigned location, and the tour company claimed to have found our reservation, but they denied any knowledge of a half day tour or drinks on the boat. Do not waste your money on this tour. I’m very disappointed with Viator
Thank You for your time to post a comment. We tried to contact You several times and Also send emails requesting where Pick up Will be. You did not respond, it turns out You arrived on a Cruise Ship. The Tour You purchased includes round tríp Transportation from Hotels, a Your Guide, a Tequila Tasting and the 45 minute Boat Tour. But since You did not take Transportation, You did not get to experience any of those. We offered You after the Boat Tour to take You to the Tequila Tasting and Free Time área, but You declined. Spaces in Transportation and the Tour Guide have been availible to You. The Tour is of great value taking advantage of all parts of it. You arrived walking to the Boat Tour Location only.
There was confusion as to where to meet. Our friends booked the same tour and we were given two different locations to meet. Trying to connect via the phone was difficult as we were told they did not have our confirmation number. After several calls, texts and help from a local named Hector, we figured it out and enjoyed the tour.

The trip was a complete success. Friendly and punctual tour guides. Individual requests were taken into account. An all-round great experience.

Had. Agregar time visiting the Arch of Cabo San Lucas. I choose this Tour Also because I wanted yo visit Lovers Beach, loved it.
