We had a wonderful day, and our tour guide was excellent! The bikes are easy to use and the tour is beautiful!

We had a wonderful morning biking along the east coast of Cozumel. Gris was our guide and had everything ready when we arrived, was careful with us as we started, and provided lots of interesting information about the island and its people. I highly recommend taking a tour with her! We stopped for lunch in the middle our trip at a lovely outdoor beach club. Food was delicious and the timing was perfect! I highly recommend taking this tour.

Enjoyable, scenic e-bike ride on the largely uninhabited portion of Cozumel island. Lunch at a seaside restaurant was great. Our guide, Gris, was terrific and easy to talk with.

This was an excellent experience. It is very easy to find from the cruise terminal. Quick 10 minute walk. We had a scenic ride along coastline. Freddie was our guide. He fitted us with bikes and helmets and instructed us on how to use. After a short drive in air conditioned car we were at road along east coast only for bikes. We made a stop or two and Freddie was attentive. Nice lunch at a beach stop. Freddie tailored ride to our needs. It was SO SO fun. Please consider this activity, you wont be disappointed.

We booked the excursion before the cruise and received confirmation that the excursion was taking place. Arriving at Cozumel we then set out on the 15-minute walk and were there about half an hour before the start of the excursion. You should be there 15 minutes before the start of the excursion anyway. When we arrived the shop was still closed. After about 15 minutes, a woman came and opened the shop. When we said we had booked an excursion it was just ""That was cancelled! " When we asked why we were not informed, the woman just shrugged her shoulders and said that it would have been the same at the lecture. When asked about the refund, it said we should contact TripAdvisor. We then walked back to the cruise terminal and had to look for an alternative. We then spent the day in a beach club, but actually we wanted to see something of the island. We were very annoyed that the tour provider does not feel it necessary to inform their customers about their tour cancellation! We understand if an excursion does not take place due to a lack of participants (although other customers have also driven together with a guide!), but not to inform in advance I do not think okay. At least the contact with TripAdvisor and the reimbursement of excursion expenses worked perfectly. Thank you for that!

This e bike tour along the east coast of Cozumel is amazing!! It is one of do the reasons we chose Cozumel as our holiday destination. We first did this tour 3 years ago. As was the case last time, our tour guide, Gris, was amazing!! She is fun and friendly, yet professional. She is attentive to safety. The scenery is incredible! You ride alongside the ocean on a trail reserved for bicycles. The trail is lined with lush bushes on both sides. After 3 hours of riding, enjoy a Mexican lunch.

My family has done bike tours with Beach Bum several times. This time I brought a friend & it was my second time doing the East coast and it was fantastic! The area is absolutely gorgeous! Freddy was our tour guide and he was amazing! He was informative about the area, was helpful getting the bike adjusted, he was funny and just an all around great guy! Thank you Freddy for a memorable day! I look forward to seeing you again in the future!

If you find yourself in Cozumel, don't miss the opportunity to join the half-day bike tour that includes a delicious Taco lunch stop. Our guide, “Gris”, was fantastic—she was not only patient but also provided clear and helpful instructions for riding our bikes. We explored the vibrant downtown area of Cozumel before arriving at our taco destination. We had an opportunity to go shopping and even had a tequila tasting. The tacos were absolutely delicious, and Gris took the time to explain the various options available to us. Many fellow travelers remarked that Gris offered the best tour of their vacation and I agree! She truly left us with a wonderful impression of Cozumel. One piece of advice while shopping, bargain for what you want. The prices are sharply reduce if you walk away from the second and third offer. Also please be aware of exchange rate. One vendor agreed to a lower price but recaptured the discount by charging a higher exchange rate. Otherwise, I would definitely return for another adventure!

An unforgettable day with Valentine, our extra guide. Departure by electric mountain bike to start. Visit el encielo with snorkeling to see fish, turtles, sharks..... Then lunch with the rays in a beautiful setting We eat with our feet in the water Valentine's animation which is very pro and super nice. Thank you very much for this extraordinary day.

Grice was our guide and was knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend if you are looking to see the other side of the island. It's very quiet and scenic.
