Halber Tag 4 Stunden Jakarta City Tour

We were picked up in a van with 2 other couples, all expecting a “private” tour, we did not see any of the stops advertised, drove around for hrs, went to some cafe for a drink & toilet break & then drove us back to the ship??? in all my yrs of travelling it was the worst experience.

Tour operator was a no show. Refuse to own up and acknowledge driver did arrive at our hotel. Our hotel and myself including tried to call tour operator but no one answered.

Driver was a NO SHOW. Did not turn up at our hotel. We waited for an hour and no one called us to inform us in statues. Despite calling them many times, there was no answer. Family we’re very disappointed.

Guide Tommy is full of knowledge and entertaining as well. They came to our hotel on time and we went to many interesting places in Jakarta. Also, it's our first time in visiting a Mosque. The Istiqlal Mosque is a beautiful place.

We had a very nice tour of the highlights of Jakarta. We had extensive time everywhere, it did not feel rushed, despite visiting a lot in a short time. We were lucky enough to have booked the tour on a Sunday, so we lost less time in traffic jams. Jimmy was very friendly, attentive and professional. He knew a lot to tell us about Jakarta, but also had a lot of tips for the rest of our trip. We would definitely recommend this tour if you want to see the highlights of Jakarta in a comfortable way.

You (TripAdvisor-Holiday Jakarta Tour+628131131-0155) asked me to cancel it in order to change it from 8 Jul to 9 Jul and I will get a full refund. Then, I follow your instruction, I canceled it and then booked a new tour on 9 Jul. BUT the email I received for the tour (8 Jul) I canceled is showing 0.00 refund, WHY? Then as for the new booking for 9 Jul, no one showed up on 9 Jul. No one informs me. I texted and called the whole morning, no reply/answer. I just requested a refund (online) and hopefully can get a refund fully!

I will explain why this is the best city tour operator in my opinion. First, the car is amazingly clean and air conditioned. Second, guide speaking English so good, he knows about history, and the way how he delivers the information is really well. It makes us easy to understand and remember what he was explaining. Third, price is affordable considered as cheap with all the inclusion we got such as all entrance fees, snack, bottled water, good car, and fabulous tour guide. Our guide Garry is always by our side during the 4 hour tour to explain and answer our question. Also, he knows the best spot to take a photos and the angle as well. Tust me, book your seat with this company!

Begin the tour in the afternoon when they pick up my friends and I in our hotel, heading to many interesting venue with historical background. Linda is an awesome guide, full of knowledge, friendly, orally good in English. We were so happy to get a chance of sightseeing Jakarta city with the expert.
