Ken (Hoàng) was absolutely phenomenal. Made the trip extremely enjoyable and worthwhile. Ken was so knowledgeable about all the spots we visited and it was definitely worthwhile to come to Ha Long Bay for this.

Ann excellent tour! Well organised and excellent communication from the booking to the end. Phong was funny and very helpful. The activities are always busy...Hal Long is very busy and tourists are restricted in order to protect the environment. So there are crowds, but we arrived first every time! I would highly recommend this tour.

We got to do a lot of activities in just one day. Our tour guide Ken was very friendly and helped the day run smoothly. One day felt like a lot, but was definitely enough to see everything and feel satisfied. Well worth the money!

The whole experience was amazing and our tour guide Alex was fun and spoke very good English. He explained about the islands and the caves very well and provided a good day structure from the start

We had a very great and affordable experience. Our tour guide Ken was very nice and friendly. Brief bullet points on how our day went. We were updated on when we would be picked up and then picked up on time. When we were at the stand, we were invited onto our boat and also ate there. (There was a great variety and selection, which I personally found delicious.) Then we visited islands and caves where one can decide whether to hike or go swimming. We were offered to take a speedboat for 300,000 VDN (3.30€) instead of a kayak or bamboo boat, and I would recommend it to everyone. Overall, it was a good day trip that was affordable and a great experience.

Be prepared for a fully fun packed day! We had a fab meal on the cruise ship, a walk through underground caves, swim on the beach and a ride in a bamboo boat. Fabulous guide Ken who looked after us well.

I decided to book this tour while I was in Hanoi with my friend thinking we’d see some pretty views and it would be a good way to kill a day. Little did we know what was in store for us. After the tour we both agreed that this has been the highlight of our trip so far! Alex was our tour guide and he was AMAZING!! He was so helpful and made sure everyone was always back on the boat or back with the group if we got lost at any point or made sure we knew what was going on if we got confused. The meal that was served on the boat was amazing and the portion was huge so we were all well fed the entire time! All of the staff was so beyond kind and so much fun to do this excursion with. Generally speaking they don’t do karaoke at the end but we asked if we could and our whole tour ended up taking turns singing some classic early 2000s hits and we had a blast! I couldn’t recommend this tour or Alex as a tour guide more! This is a part of my trip I will be taking about for years to come.

The Halong Bay tour was incredible! Despite it being a packed day, we never felt rushed. Our guide, Thanh/Tiger, was responsive, punctual, accommodating and engaging. Everything from the bus (with business class-like seats), to the boat itself, the buffet, and the shore excursions (speed boat, bamboo boat, etc) was fantastic. Would definitely recommend! My family which included two seniors and a toddler had a blast!
