Reiseverlauf

I have taken several private tours over the years, and this is hands down the best one so far. Peter was very knowledgeable about the area and his English is really good. My mom has 3 ruptured discs in her back and uses a walker to help take the pressure off her spine. He adjusted our tour based on her limitations and she had a fantastic time. I also have a severe food allergy and he made sure we want to lunch at a restaurant which had things I could eat while catering to Mom’s love of traditional food. We had booked tours to two different with him and I am so happy we did. If you are going to book a tour this is the one to take. I would absolutely book a tour with him again.
Thank you so much for your kind review. I truly appreciate it. I also had a great and fun time with you and your mom. Hope to see you again. Wishing you all the best. Thank you Peter.
We had a wonderful day with Peter. He picked us up promptly at our meeting point and began a well organized trip. He was very professional, provided excellent information about the history and culture of South Korea and this area and was a pleasure to spend time with. We highly recommend Peter and wish him all the best!

Peter is very knowledgeable about the local history and is super accommodating to our requests and us going over the tour end time. His English and ability to communicate are excellent. Would love to book with Peter for our next trip to South Korea.

I spent a wonderful 8-hour day being guided by Peter Kim, exploring Gyeongju and its surroundings. Peter is an outstanding guide and driver, with an ideal combination of expertise, enthusiasm, friendliness, professionalism, efficiency and flexibility. He communicated with me regularly in the days leading up to our time together, and he was extremely responsive and accommodating when I requested some last minute changes to our itinerary. Peter added enormous value to the quality of my experience in this fascinating and ancient city. I am delighted to recommend him very highly.

Tour guide Peter provided friendly and knowledgeable service throughout the entire day. Great English fluency and sense of humor. He also suggested a fantastic place for lunch that was one of our best meals in Korea. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for your kind review. I also had a great time with you and your family. Hope to see you again. Good luck to you always.
This was an unexpected delight seeing a compact city in the ultramodern cities associated with South Korea. Gyeongju having been an ancient city is an archaeological site of some importance. There are apparently numerous tombs from 5th to 6th centuries and are to some extent reminiscent of Egyptian pyramids although the exploration of the tombs is still rudimentary. Only one tomb seems to be open to the public, other mounds still not fully explored. It was nice to see low rise buildings in the area built in the original Korean/Chinese styles, apparently even the newer buildings have to be built in the old style. We saw the remains, not much left, of the Donggung palace, the surrounding gardens and an old observatory. A traditional village is still intact but now commercialised. There is a newish replica of an old bridge spanning the local river. In addition we saw a couple of Buddhist temples, both UNESCO world heritage listed. It is a long day and our guide Peter was wonderful and very supportive of us as my wife has mobility issues and was not able to do the entire long day tour.

We saw all the key sights at a wonderful pace. Peter our guide was wonderful. Explained everything. Took us to an authentic Korean lunch which was awesome. Highly recommend this tour and Peter.
Thank you so much for your kind review.
This was an excellent experience for the entire family. Peter enabled everyone, adults and children to have a wonderful time exploring historical Gyeongju. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and flexible with his time. Everyone was thrilled with the tour.
Thank you very much, Jim. I also had a great tour with your family. Your family are all kind and nice too. Thank you, Peter.
This tour was a bit unexpected. I was in Daegu for a conference and had an extra day. I signed up for this tour on a whim, and I’m very glad I did! My guide was Peter who picked me at my hotel. It turned out I was the only guest, so I had a private tour. We drove over to Gyeongju and spent time looking through temples, statues, a hike to a grotto, tombs, quaint cultural towns, and even the local museum. Having little knowledge of the history, I came away having very much been educated and given appreciation for the wonderful history and culture in this part of Korea. Peter was helpful and friendly, and I enjoyed his company. It was like spending a day with a friend!
Thank you very much Tim. I also had wonderful day and I am happy with your kind review. Thank you, Peter.
