Our driver met us at arrivals, was organised, and navigated the very busy traffic into the city from the airport. Friends had to wait a long time for a taxi but we were whisked quickly on our way. It initially felt a bit pricey but the convenience and efficiency was worth it as this was our first visit to Guadalajara.

The incredibly attentive staff, as soon as I got off the plane when my assigned Guide was already waiting to accompany me to do the whole process to leave. Likewise on my return I wrote to GAP Blue and when I got off Uber my assigned Guide was already waiting for me. My recognition for the assistance program of the Pacific airport group in addition, this airport has an adequate area to await private transportation.

I never used this transportation service, and I had no communication at all. This was a surprise for my wife; this was her birthday weekend. We arrived at the Guadalajara airport on time, and I was expecting to surprise my wife at the exit with our driver waiting for us with our name on a sign; however, the driver never showed up and got a text or an email. I went outside the airport, looking for the driver, giving the benefit of the doubt, and no driver. I asked people at the airport if they could help me, and they told me they did not know the company. There was not even a phone number to call, and I had to pay for a taxi 🚕 no air conditioning, and we sat on a Thursday afternoon in brutal traffic with windows down, inhaling all the traffic fumes. It was a horrible experience. I was distraught; ruin my wife's birthday weekend experience and mine. Never again. I am still awaiting a refund; the cost was 211.89, and the taxi ride was 24 dollars.

To begin with, the price they charge for the service they provide is a theft and it is not the driver's fault, since this man was very kind; but the vehicle they sent leaves a lot to be desired and does not meet expectations, for the kind of service that was requested, I hope this message helps other tourists like me and they do not get scammed by a company that leaves a lot to be desired!!

The driver was there early and had a sign with my name on it so I was able to find him immediately. He helped with our baggage and the SUV was very nice.

Great service - driver met us with a sign just outside baggage claim as promised, and quickly got us to our destination in Colonia Americana. So much easier that getting a taxi or Uber.

The Guadalajara Airport provides a host of outlets for families and business travelers, and provides the option for private airport transfers (pre and non-prebooked). If you pre-book your private transfer confirm the location you need to be picked up in to eliminate extra walking. If you do not pre-book your ground transportation, then you can enjoy the shops, scenery, restaurants and designated play areas for children until your transportation arrives. There are tons of pre-book private transfers that you can book online.
