Ihre private Chengdu-Tour beginnt am frühen Morgen gegen 7 Uhr morgens, wenn Sie von Ihrem Reiseleiter und Fahrer von Ihrem Hotel oder dem Flughafen abgeholt werden. Dann geht es weiter zur Riesenpanda-Zuchtstation in einem Vorort, nur 10 km nördlich von Chengdu, wo Sie sehen können, wie die Pandas verschiedene lustige Bewegungen machen, während sie essen und spielen. Es gibt eine großartige Möglichkeit, Pandas zu besuchen und auch im weitläufigen, frischen Garten aus Bambus spazieren zu gehen, was eine angenehme Erfahrung ist.
Nach dem Besuch des Panda-Gartens fahren Sie ca. 2 Stunden nach Leshan. Die weite Landschaft der Chengdu-Ebene wird nicht langweilig. Zum Mittagessen genießen Sie köstliche lokale chinesische Küche. Nach dem Mittagessen zeigt Ihnen Ihr Reiseleiter das Wunder des Leshan Giant Buddha, der sich am Ufer des Minjiang-Flusses befindet und auch als "Buddha ist der Hügel und der Hügel ist ein Buddha" bekannt ist. Zuerst besuchen Sie den Linyun-Tempel, der dem Mönch Hai Tong gedenken soll, der vor 1000 Jahren unter schwierigen Bedingungen Spenden gesammelt und mit dem Bau dieses riesigen Werks begonnen hat. Sie gehen dann den Zickzackpfad entlang der linken Seite von Buddha entlang. Der Buddha ist ein kleiner Berg, vom Kopf bis zur Schulter, von Fuß bis Fuß etwa 30 Minuten. Sie wandern dann die rechte Seite hinauf, von der aus Sie die Stadt Leshan über die Kreuzung des Minjiang-Flusses, des Dadu-Flusses und des Qingyi-Flusses sehen können. Wenn die Zeit es erlaubt, können Sie schließlich den Wuyou-Tempel besuchen, wo Sie die 500 Arhats-Statue genießen können. Nach dem Wandern können Sie eine Bootsfahrt entlang der Flüsse unternehmen, um den Buddha vom Wasser aus zu sehen (optionales Programm - zusätzliches Geld in Höhe von ca. 12 USD). Am späten Nachmittag fährt Ihr Fahrer wieder 2 Stunden auf der Schnellstraße. Gerade genug Zeit für ein kurzes Nickerchen in Ihrem Fahrzeug. Wenn Sie am späten Nachmittag in Chengdu ankommen, werden Sie von Ihrem Guide und Fahrer zu Ihrem Hotel oder zum Flughafen zurückgebracht. Beenden Sie diese Exkursion mit vielen tollen Erinnerungen.

Our tour guide, Cora, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole trip was not too rush, got to see lots of Pandas. Boat ride at Leshan Buddha was fun. It was a pleasant trip overall. Highly recommended !

Our tour guide Veronica and our driver Mr Li were excellent. The Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding was amazing! This is a must-see for any tourists visiting Chengdu, providing the weather allows! We had a nice lunch at Nanniwan Environmental Hotpot and then continued our tour to the Leshan Giant Buddha, and would recommend upgrading to the boat tour for better views and less walking! The entire day was entertaining, informative, and enjoyable. Veronica was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to be around! This tour package was a great way to spend the day!

Our group would like to thank China Exploration for making our visit to Chengdu a memorable one. We would also like to thank our guide, Sara Zhou. Ms. Zhou is a "walking encyclopedia" of Pandas. She says there are about 1900 pandas in the wild. In the place we visited, the Chendu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, there are 757 Giant Pandas. She could easily identify 500 of them by just showing her their pictures. Amazing! Anyway, she is also very kind, helpful and patient. She happily guided us to the crowded Jinli street. Jinli Street was ranked 1st among the "world's most beautiful streets" published by CNN Travel in 2019. Last, but not the least- Sara speaks fluent English. English is rarely spoken in China and it is very difficult to communicate with the locals. Sara made it easy for us to communicate with the Chinese locals.
