Große Tour durch Marrakesch durch die alte Medina

Fantastic experience navigating the souks with Abdul. We were a group of 10 and he was incredibly patient and attentive when, as you can imagine, a group of 10 have different interests in terms of shopping in the souk. He took us to visit some interesting historic spots in the Medina as well. A highlight was the beautiful Medersa Ben Youssef

We had a great tour and saw many things that we would not have seen on our own. Our guide spoke excellent English and was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. We do not normally go on tours on holiday but this was such a positive experience and we would highly recommend it for getting oriented in Marrakech.

This should be a main stop for you. So many things to do! We have so much fun on our hot air balloon ride, and at dinner with belly dancers, and riding camels. It's a beautiful, fun city that is a great base for side trips.

Our tour guide Abdul was very good. He is very efficient and took us through different parts of the town. The shops he took us to were friendly and not pushy, the palace he took us to was very interesting. Overall we had a great experience with our tour guide and learn a lot.

We felt very safe with Abdul and was easy enough to find him. Made navigation of the soul and square easy and he is very knowledgeable. Only thing I would point out (and not a criticism) is that if you are thinking of booking, be aware that as a guide he is not there to get you the best price or to barter or help with this- in this area you are on your own. I think he had contacts in the market where he was angling us but was happy for us to say no. For example there was a queue where we were taken for a meal with limited seating so we requested to move on and found another wonderful lunch area. We had to go to a booked trip and stayed with Abdul for 3 hours and he put us in a taxi at the exact time we needed to leave. Would highly recommend if you want to feel safe when arriving. If we came back we would go it alone but that’s not to say that the company and the knowledge was not of a high standard.

Rachid was a nice guy, and his excellent local knowledge of the vast Souk and surrounding area made the experience far better than anything we could have done by ourselves, and helped us find our way around for the rest of our stay. We weren’t really looking to buy anything, therefore didn’t really spend much time looking around shops etc, but I don’t think it would have been a problem had we wanted to.

A wonderful tour of the Medina. We learned alot, and Abdul had answers for all our many questions. He took us to many interesting key sights, so we could experience all sections of goods and engage with the shopkeepers who explained each process.

During our trip to Marrakech, we had the pleasure of being guided by Mouhsine/Abdul, who was our private tour guide for the walking tour of the Medina and bustling souks. He took us to some of the most popular landmarks, including the Djemaa el-Fna, central square, the majestic Koutoubia Mosque, and the Bahia Palace, giving us an insight into the city's rich cultural heritage.

Abdul is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful and knows a lot about Medina. Walked us through medina and the souks.
