Große Reise in 1 Tag : Kolsai, Kaindy Lake, Black, Charyn, Canyon.

It was a perfect tour. Taxis in front of the property, friendly English and helpful guides, pleasant and comfortable vehicles (bentsprinters), and reasonable courses and lengths of stay. It was also nice that the guide brought me a panoramic view spot from Lake Cain, and it was also nice to visit Charlene Canyon for the last time. It was too hot when I went, I almost didn't, and I drove back in the taxi that I rented from the company until the last. My mom took me and I didn't really lack money. If my friends go to Almaty, I would recommend it. Note) WhatsApp calls take a long time. Contact the app quickly! I was worried about whether the tour would be cancelled that day or not. Four people of a specific nationality were really too noisy, because the group tour was like that.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. The entire tour was very well organized, covered all the major attractions at a comfortable pace, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special mention goes to our tour guide, Victor. He was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. The pickup and drop arrangements were seamless, and he made sure everyone was well looked after throughout the day. From helping with breakfast and lunch arrangements to taking care of the little details that make a full-day tour enjoyable, his attention and hospitality were exceptional. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. If you get Victor as your guide, you’re guaranteed a fantastic experience!

It was a well organized trip. We had enough time and freedom to explore what we wanted. The girl was super nice and could speak both English and Russian.

TOUR GUIDE TRIED TO SCAM ME TWICE Beautiful destinations, and a tour guide that knows absolutely nothing about the history of the locations. He brought us to an overpriced restaurant where he was clearly friends with the workers, joking and laughing in kazakh. I saw the overpriced menu and only ordered coffee and they were offended. In a group of 10 people everyone received their full meal and I reminded them my coffee 3 times and got ignored, so I left and the tour guide didnt care. At the last destination when everyone was going in different directions I decided to go home after 15 hours, I asked the reception for taxi and he said they were coming in a few minutes. Then tour guide found out and talked to reception in kazakh, and then both told me the taxi would come in 3 hours. There is a BIG difference in a few minutes and 3 HOURS. When I complained further they "magically" found a taxi nearby, to which the tour guide, again, talked to in kazakh. This taxi driver stopped halfway through a 3 hour drive and said he cant go into the city because police are looking for his car and that I should get into his "brother's" taxi. His "brother" was actively drinking beer and tequila while swirving through the road fully drunk. He randomly stopped at a gas station and demanded gas money from me, and got angry when I refused. I reported him to the police while inside the car, and I will file a report about the tour guide as well. Through and through a stupidly amateur scammer.

My favourite tour so far. We got an uber pickup to the meeting point at around 5am. Love Kosai lake the most. Also the rides with Soviet military car is so fun🤣Nas is so nice and friendly, and not rushing us at all!

The locations we went to were great - not too rushed and not too lax. Aigerim, our guide was a gem. She managed our group well gave us information in a timely manner and was a lot of fun. I/ we got lucky with a great group with a similar vibe - which really made the full day trip all the more special

Our tour was extremely well. Organized and efficient. They handle Transportation from several hotels to a central meeting site and then returns back to our hotel seamlessly. The guide was helpful and clear in her explanation of where we were and what we were doing. Our only suggestion would be that there was more information about the towns, or sites that we passed. The driver was very professional; however, driving on any of the central Asian highways is an adventure for Americans.:-) The lakes and canyons we visited were beautiful. The trek along the rim of Charyn Canyon was not challenging, but those who descended to the canyon floor were taxed. The day was quite hot, and the ascent was difficult for a couple. Nonetheless, the guide stayed with those individuals to ensure they were back safely. The opportunity to interact with travelers from five other countries was an extra benefit from the tour.

Great day trip. Didn't feel rushed and had a time to see all the places. Definitely recommend. Thank you so much:))

The tour start from our guide ordering taxi for us to the meeting point at 4:30 am. I like it as it saves our time and the cost is included. This was a really long day and the scenery is stunning. Our guide is a very knowledgeable girl who speaks fluent English. She shared a lot culture of Kazakhstan with us. The tour ended in 8:30 pm and taxi picked us back to our separate hotels. Will definitely recommend this tour if you don’t mind long travel distance and long walking is required but I assure you that the scenery worth the hassle.
