You should think about booking somewhat upgraded accommodations orher than hostel rooms. The 1st day was amazing with incredible stops and our guide Jacob was full of non-stop information. We unfortunately missed out the 2nd day due to brush fires in the region but even so we were able to see wildlife roaming freely and some beautiful scenery. The rest of the way to Adelaide was straight driving due to the fires but that's no one's fault. Would have preferred not to have the switching of buses since they also combined 2 and 3 day tours to both Melbourne and Adelaide but both guides/drivers were extremely careful regarding our safety
Hi There, Thank you for the awesome review! We’re stoked to hear you had such a great time with us on the tour. It was fantastic having you along, and we’d love to show you even more exciting spots on your next adventure with us! Until then, all the best! Cody
On the Great Ocean Road day the weather was bright and very breezy with sharp showers. The waves were high so the photos were great but we did get drenched a couple of times. On the Grampians day we left early and had all the lookouts to ourselves. We used the trip as a means of getting from Melbourne to Adelaide but see Australia on the way. It ticked all our boxes.
Thank you for your review! It sounds like you had quite the adventure on the Great Ocean Road, with those dramatic waves and memorable photos. We’re glad to hear the Grampians day allowed you to enjoy the lookouts without crowds! What a perfect way to explore! We're thrilled that your trip from Melbourne to Adelaide was filled with amazing experiences. We hope to see you again for more unforgettable journeys! Kind Regards, Wildlife Tours.
I had a really good time on that tour! Our tour guide Tara was great, she was always in a positive mood and explained a lot about the area from the very beginning of this tour! I really liked to listen to all of her interesting stories from the Great Ocean Road! We stopped at a lot of places, so many things to see! Lots of great look-outs, high and honey-coloured cliffs, koalas hanging in a tree and very cool kangaroos at Halls Gap! Thank you very much Wildlife Tours Australia!
Hi there, and thank you for your kind words! We are stoked to hear that you had such a great day with Tara and loved the beautiful Great Ocean Road. We wish you all the best and hope to see you again in the future!
Very satisfied with this trip. Stopped at some beautiful sites along the way on great ocean road. Lovely walks around the grampians national park and stunning view points. Our guide (tara) was just great she made everything very clear and tells some interesting stories about the sites we are visiting and passing. Would highly recommend
Hi there, and thank you for your lovely review! We'll let Tara know your positive feedback and hope to see you again on our other tours!
Was on the tour with about 24 peoples and had Lizzy as a guide. She was amazing and made the trip to an unforgettable experience. She was so good prepared, the music was even matching to every story she was telling us. She was very nice to each traveler of us. Thank you Lizzy! :)
Hi Sonia, and thank you for your review! We are so happy to hear you had great adventure with Lizzie! We hope to see you again on our other tours :)
This is an excellent tour if you want to see several major stops on the Great Ocean Road and get a taste of the Grampians but can't be bothered driving. Even better if you're wanting to go from Melbourne to Adelaide (or vice versa) as it saves you bus/plane fare and accommodations for a night. Our guide Lewis was knowledgeable, well-spoken and friendly to all 15-20 passengers on the trip, which was mostly young (and well-mannered) 20-somethings as well as several middle-aged members. The hostel accommodations are very basic but hey, at how many 4 star hotels do you get to see kangaroos grazing just a few hundred meters away?
Hi there, and thank you for your review! We are glad to hear your travels from Melbourne to Adelaide were smooth and filled with wild life. Safe travels and we hope to see you again on our other tours, perhaps in Sydney or Perth? :)
