Finally found their map, waited for bus- no show. Walked to another location, again no show. Ended with one person in tears, another not feeling well. Walked for 2.2 hours and no bus. Never even saw one. Another bus service let us on to drive us to gray line and for the third stop, no bus. Wasted an afternoon not seeing anything when only in town for a few hours. Customer service, started 3 conversations. No resolution.
Got to see alot of Milan this way. So we went around twice to take pics of sights that we missed the first time around. Audio guide was good too!
Milano is a big city and the bus tour is a great way to get around. My apartment was close to the Duomo and that's where the stop was. Regarding the bus stop, the mobile site said the bus was at one location and it was totally the other way. I found this out after asking a guide who worked at the Duomo. I tried contacting the bus company via the website and didn't get a response right away. Overall, once you know where to go for that stop, it's pretty easy switching to the multiple lines for sightseeing.
What a lie! They kept us at the stop for an hour and a half and no one showed up. I hope they refund our money, but for me, it is a complete scam. I do not recommend it to anyone.
The bus is comfortable. The city is beautiful
Very unprofessional. The driver was driving off the route! We waited for the bus at station 17 for an hour! The timing kept changing on the real time bus map and the driver kept driving off the route! So we walked back. When we reached the pick up point, Piazza Duomo, a guy that works for this company said it is normal that the bus drives off the route because there is traffic!!!! The operator tour also would not answer my call! The worst bus tour company!!!!!
A very good way to get an overall view of the city and its major sights. Start location near the Duomo is convenient.
The on-off bus tour was complicated because they did not readily accept my mobile tickets. They had to call their office to see if I had purchased the tour. This happened each time we tried to use our mobile tickets for the bus. To the contrary we had no such problem using our mobile tickets for a half day Duomo, LaScala and Last Supper tour. The guide for that tour was excellent—very organized and knowledgeable.
I thought this was one of the best tours i’ve done and made me appreciate the beauty of Milan. I highly recommend as so much more than what you see.
Charming staff, correct price, allows to see the places to visit according to the tastes of each. Offering two tours is interesting
