Gramado is a great town to experience. Culturally rich and diverse with something for everyone. Don’t miss the church: spectacular AND a peoplé’s church. Canela is more a residents roan but also worth visiting the church. And don’t miss Carlos. He absolutely made the trip spectacular. A great day!

Outstanding tour guide and driver, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure we had a phenomenal trip to Gramado and Canela - and we did. This was a fantastic and well-organized day trip from Porto Alegre. Highlights included the stunning Caracol Waterfall, beautiful cathedrals, and a peaceful walk around Black Lake. The scenery throughout the day was absolutely charming. The lunch was delicious and a great addition to the experience. We also enjoyed some free time exploring Gramado’s shops and cafés. A special shoutout to Carlos, our driver, who was attentive to every detail and made the day smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour for a perfect mix of nature and culture!

The trip was excellently organized. Before traveling, I contacted Tiago via WhatsApp, and he assured me that everything was in order with our reservation. The driver arrived a few minutes before the scheduled departure time. He was fully at our disposal and assisted us with everything. Considering the language barrier, he communicated on our behalf with the people we met. He also arranged lunch for us at a local restaurant. He supported us the entire time and made sure our day was enjoyable. He was not just a driver, but also a guide. I would gladly recommend him!
An unforgettable experience by Serra Gaúcha. The charm of Germanic architecture, clean and blooming streets, and that mild climate that invites to hot chocolate. Walking through Coberta Street, enjoying a good meal, with its shops and cafes, was like diving into a movie scene.

Carlos was our driver and guide to and in Gramado & Canela. The places we visited are beautiful & interesting, made even better because Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He is careful and friendly and considerate! We will definitely recommend him and Viator for this tour!
from the moment I planned this service I thought about the opinion I would make regarding this super express lightning visit. First of all I went to Porto Alegre to run 21km and taking advantage of Sunday off I wanted to know these cities that recommended me friends who went before. everything was correct from booking, payment, confirmation and schedule with the details of the person who would pick me up from the Hotel, the car details as well. More than punctual arrived and we started the journey immediately. We left in cloudy weather and arrived at destination with a very uncomfortable mist and drizzle, impossible to take advantage of the ride. very covered, everything we did, all possible places and attractions until we ended the tour because I decided. The very friendly guide at all times worried that you are at ease and was available for me to see everything. very grateful for everything, despite being alone with Him I felt no danger or fear. It was nice. We arrive at destination returned with a beautiful sun. Returning is the only solution in the future. total assessment: weather: do not go in June due to unstable weather. agency: 10 points value: a little high but is personalized. driving and transport: 10/10
