Basic gondola tour, very good if you do not want any interaction with the gondolier, otherwise skip it. Short 5-minute presentation on the history of Venice and the San Marco district in virtual reality at the agency before the gondola tour: nice.

Fab little tour. Very relaxing. You get a headset with a little VR video about the history of Venice, in the shop before you board the gondala. You also need to download their app if you wish a commentary. Take a ride and enjoy!

We had an interesting virtual reality experience on Venice history and a lovely boat ride in Venice. However, we never went under the Bridge of Sighs.

Met at an office, had to wait 30 mins for a group to gather, then were walked 300m to the boats, split up into 4 and boarded the boat with two young girls, I am a 69 yr old 100% disabled veteran and my wife is 67 yrs old, they sat the two girls on the leather couch facing the front and sat me and my wife in wooden chairs facing each other. I can’t look left or right as my neck is fused. So i sat facing the side of the boat. The boat leaned to my side so bad I felt I was going to fall out. The chair kept tipping back so I held on for my life. The ride was terrible, I did not see anything and was exhausted when we were done. Oh and the Gondolier was on his phone the whole time and the audio guide did not work because there was no internet in the passageways.

Experience was good. I am glad to have done a gondola ride which I have read and seen on movies and tv growing ip. Now I can say, I have been there and done that. The 3-D information before the ride was very helpful and informative. Thank you!

There is no commentary about what you see along the way and nothing of interest is pointed out. Didn’t even know which bridge was the bridge of sighs. The boat ride itself was fine and we appreciated the talent of the gondoliers to navigate those narrow waterways.

Very unpleasant gondolier. As a couple, we couldn't even share the experience together. The Bridge of Sighs (an iconic part of the tour) is at the very beginning of the ride. Promised 30 minutes, only returned after 20. Very expensive for what it is. I do not recommend it at all. Even though it is Venice, it is an EXCESSIVELY EXPENSIVE experience. Flee.

Fantastic value for money as we had a gondola to ourselves (2 persons) it was a lovely experience exactly as I imagined.

While the description is not wrong, it was misleading. The 15 minute introduction was a 20 minute VR set and then a 20ish minute gondola ride. It was good but we wish it was longer.
