Great customer service. Golf cart was delivered to our resort. Very convenient. Driver dropped us off to airport after we returned golf cart

Didn’t expect to pay minimum of $50 US dollars for a cart that either backfired or was falling apart. With the roads the way they are you need to get one with some sort of better suspension
thanks for your support the road have nothing to do with the golf cart our carts are we keep them in best shapes but the road we have at our home doesn't help keep in mind those carts are made to be driven on grass not off roading for 15 minutes rides top not hours per say to secret beach until next time
The golf cart was in great condition and got us everywhere we needed to go. Jamal was responsive and convenient—he met us at the port for both pickup and drop-off. Definitely recommend!

Read the poor reviews. I didn’t and we didnt have a good experience. I reaerved a six seat golf cart for a week. One the couples coming got sick and hospital a couple days before we headed in vacation. I asked if we could adapt our reservation to a four seater and Jamal said I couldnt because he turned down others for the reservation. I then mentioned that Viator had a 24 hr free cancellation and I would just do that and reserve a different cart. He then called me and told me I was twisting his arm and he would leave the reservation in place and give me the difference in cash when we got there. Fine. We got there and he had the six seater there for us anyway and said we would need it to fit the luggage. Foriegn country, getting screwed and knowing it, I didnt resist. He planned all along to make us take that cart. We asked other companies what they do about bags and they said they would have assisted in packing the cart and help deliver them if they didnt fit. I wished I had picked one of those companies. The cart pictured online looked pretty new. Our cart clearly wasnt. It was run down looking and we had trouble starting out three times do to poor tuning and it was the only cart that we heard all week on the island backfire. And it backfired often. Live and learn I guess, but I hope this review helps others try other rental companies that are hopefully less shady in their practices.
Hello Luke sorry about the misunderstanding and i called and i even stop by and greeted you guys and shared my concerns and sympathy towards your friend and we did have a 4 seater ready for you at the terminal when you arrived then my staff called me and said you guys have 4 large suitcases and 4 back backs meaning (8 luggage) we also spoke on the phone and you said you'd rather keep the 6 seater then the 4 seater for the group comfort also your flight got cancelled and we moved the dates for you we were very flexible with your requests when we spoked i clearly asked you would you rather having the 6 seater cause i had booked it for someone that same day and you said yes i honored that because you had booked it first very sad reading this after been so flexible with your dates and requests at the end I'm only human not able to please everyone wishes and read people thought and what's on their mind thank you for sharing this and my best to you all Jamal
The cart we were given had no seat cushions, no shocks and the hand shift under the seat kept getting stuck. We came back earlier and were still overcharged $10 US for a 2 hr hour rental, we had only driven this holf cart about 15mins away and had spent most of the time in the water. Not worth it, plenty of other options around.
we appreciate your opinion our cushions on our fleet are all original club cart, we don't use the other type of cushions because it sucks water and wets the client sitting, gas charge was $10 it's what you've consumed heading to secret beach and back thank you
6 passenger golf cart rental: cart was in good condition, we had no problems. Don’t hesitate to use this service. My only complaint: we rented it for 9 days. We got weekly rate and then a daily rate. I think they should have given us a discount for the additional 2 days.

The process was SO easy. They dropped the cart at our hotel, gave a quick walk through on how it worked, where NOT to park, and closest gas stations. The pick up was even easier. I would highly recommend them.

Jamal and his crew were great! Even adjusted their schedule to pick us up at the airport early. No issues at all! Great communication and golf cart worked well! Thanks for making our time in San Pedro so enjoyable! We will use them again next year!

The timing didn’t work bc I reserved close to their closing same, same day, but the owner called and followed up and refunded me immediately and courteously tried to coordinate for cart drop-off the following morning. So, we didn’t get to use the carts but I want to highlight the quick responsiveness!! Prices were very good too!
