On the reservation they indicated that they picked me up at the hotel at 8:30 am. They didn't come and didn't answer calls. I just waited.
Lamentamos mucho los errores que tuvimos durante esa semana con la persona encargada de las reservas por medio de Viator, ya que lastimosamente ella estuvo ausente y no nos reportó al área operativa de tu reserva de Viator. Lamentamos mucho que eso haya sucedido, ya que fue la primera vez que nos pasó y esperamos que sea la última. Teniendo en cuenta ese error, si en una siguiente oportunidad vienes a Cali y nos das una segunda oportunidad, te daremos un descuento superespecial y te garantizamos que si no quedas contento, el vuelo en parapente (o el viaje que escojas) será gratis. :)
This is an absolute must do when you come to Cali. An incredible experience and Cesar, the tour guide was great.
Cesar was a fantastic guide and this could not have been a better day. Paragliding was incredible. The pilots were all very supportive and safe. This region is a paragliding hot spot and our flights were amazing. Lunch was at an adventure resort overlooking the valley. The local wines were top notch and not something you find back home. We really appreciate Cesar’s personal touch and willingness to extend our trip to include the best coffee we have ever had. It was a full day and one I highly recommend.
It was a day when I was the only Tourist. And he was very very informative the whole way. I learned a lot more about Colombia. Wine in Colombia is unique :). The sancocho cannot be missed. Paragliding is another level of experience. My guide was Cesar Giraldo. Very knowledgeable and attentive.
AMAZING!!!! What a fun day! The day was perfect starting from a front doorstep pick up (from a house not a hotel). The paragliding was top notch and we had wonderful photos from the jump. The museum was interesting and our guide Cesar waited patiently for us as we had pictures taken. Lunch was in an absolutely gorgeous location with delicious food. The final stop with wine tasting was fantastic and such a nice ending to the tour. We loved the tour. It was wonderful.
This was the most amazing and breathtaking experience ever. The pilotes were professional, patient and kind. I 10/10 recommend. You will not regret it!
