Paragliding ist eine der abenteuerlichsten Aktivitäten in Pokhara, Nepal. Man kann die Chance haben, wie ein Vogel in den Himmel zu fliegen mit den spektakulären Aussichten auf die Berge und die Möglichkeit, den Himalaya und die wunderschöne Stadt Pokhara zu sehen. Paragliding wird von einem professionellen Unternehmen betrieben, das bei der zivilen Luftfahrtbehörde und dem nepalesischen Luftsportverband registriert ist. Die Führer und Piloten sind alle voll ausgebildet und erfahren und sorgen sich mehr um ihre Sicherheit.

wir fahren zu dem flugort, der für die aktuellen wetterbedingungen am besten geeignet ist. In der Umgebung von Vik gibt es einige hervorragende Startpunkte, an denen Sie die herrliche Aussicht auf die Umgebung und die Flexibilität genießen können, je nach Wetterlage einen geeigneten Ort zu wählen, damit Ihre Flugchance höher ist. Sobald wir am Abflugort sind, machen wir eine Einweisung, in der wir Sie durch die Details des Fluges führen und Ihnen die Ausrüstung und die Sicherheitsverfahren erklären. Nach einer Sicherheitskontrolle sind wir startbereit und laufen ein paar Schritte einen sanften Hang hinunter. Dann ist es Zeit, sich zurückzulehnen und Ihren Flug zu genießen. Abhängig von Ihren Wünschen, Fähigkeiten, den Wetterbedingungen und dem Gebiet, in dem wir fliegen, kann es sein, dass Ihr Ausbilder Sie während des Flugs mit den Steuerelementen beauftragen lässt. Wenn Sie sich nur entspannen und die Landschaft bewundern möchten, ist das auch in Ordnung. Das Hauptziel ist, eine gute Zeit zu haben. Sie werden je nach Wetterlage fast 20 bis 30 Minuten fliegen

Sure, you can buy this experience almost anywhere in phokara..what you can’t buy is the ethical integrity Bishnu and associate showed me.. The day l was due to do my paragliding, a storm came in...was a non event!! The rest of my time in Nepal l’d other things planned so Rescheduling wasn’t an option. Bishnu and co made every effort to get too me in time before l flew out to head back to Australia, came to my hotel in Kathmandu with my refund.. That kind of service can’t be bought.. He’s my man when next in Nepal... From Australia.......thanks mate..

Paragliding was super fun! I paid and scheduled online which isn't totally necessary but was a nice time saver. If you are pretty sure you will enjoy paragliding, I highly recommend going straight for the 45 min ride. I initially paid for the 45 min ride but was shuttled into a group that only paid for the 25 min ride. Although I was bummed, Bishnu was able to refund the difference and make it right. The pilots are friendly and trusted. They also take great photos / videos. Be prepared for the ride up the mountain though -- it will look something like ~12 grown adults cramming into an 8 person vehicle. It will be a memorable experience :) The best way to navigate Nepal is to contact Bishnu with any recommendations. He won't try to scam you and he is friendly and efficient. When our bus tour cancelled last minute, I gave him a call and he ran to me in under 10 minutes. He was able to get me a private car at a great rate. He also made 2 personal hotel visits on his own dime to make sure we were happy.
