The tour started early in the morning, which turned out to be a great call: we beat both the crowds and the heat. Our guide was engaging and knowledgeable, sharing real historical context rather than just reciting a script. The pyramids themselves are even more impressive in person than in photos — the scale is genuinely stunning up close. Highlights: - Getting close enough for great photos with the Sphinx - Comfortable, air-conditioned transport throughout - A guide who spoke great English and happily answered all our questions The only downside was the number of souvenir sellers around the site, but that's more a feature of the location than the tour itself. Overall, everything ran smoothly and on schedule — a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend to friends!
