Im Raymond James Theater gibt es viele Geschichten über den Tod. Viele sagen, dass sie hier sowohl eine männliche als auch eine weibliche Präsenz gespürt haben.
Sich zu Tode zu arbeiten bekommt hier im Cassis St. Pete eine eindringliche Bedeutung. Es wird angenommen, dass der Besitzer Earnest Frohme in seinem Büro verstorben ist und es nie verlassen hat.
Comfort Station One ist die Heimat einer Frau namens Agnes. Bleiben Sie für eine kurze Pause und vielleicht zeigt sie sich und lässt Sie wissen, dass sie schon lange dort ist.
Das Hampton Inn & Suites ist die Heimat einiger schelmischer Geister, die gerne Dinge erschaffen, nur damit sie Wochen später wieder auftauchen.

I appreciated Zoe’s tour! We were running a few minutes late but Zoe called to confirm that we were still coming. She said she had to start at the scheduled time, which was understandable but I appreciated the phone call. I think Zoe should speak up louder for louder areas in the tour and to get across to the entire group. Great information but presented more as educational tour than a haunted tour. I found the paranormal aspects cool! Lastly, I found it weird how the tour ended in a different location than the starting point. It would’ve been nice if it was a circle back to the starting point instead of leaving the group several blocks away.
Our guide was amazing! She was funny, exciting and knowledgeable about the history of where we went. It was too bad we couldn't go into a couple of these places to do our own ghost hunt, but maybe if went on our own we could. I don't think we "caught" anything, but we still had a great time! Wear your walking shoes, you're going to get your steps in! Don't forget to BYO water, too. It can get steamy hot out there.
Very fun family experience! Our tour guide was Jan, who gave us an interesting perspective on the history of St Pete’s. She had an interesting story about each destination on our trip and it was clear she had a great understanding about the history of the area. The stories were intriguing, the history was interesting, and the tour was a fun time. Definitely recommend if you want to gain a new interesting perspective about St. Pete’s!

It's good to go at night, you get more of experience that way. The nightlife wasn't so busy, probably due to the cold, plus we were the only ones on the door so it made it more intimate. Zoe is very knowledgeable very polite, and has passion for the history of St Petersburg.
Thayer was a fantastic guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and a great storyteller. She made the history feel eerie and fun without overdoing it, and kept the tour moving at a perfect pace. Highly recommend!
I’ve been on a few walking tours and the experience is always made by the guide. This was a sleepy one. But I got some Good info on town and I take them for, layout, etc. Overall, for $32 this was way overpriced for an hour walking tour.
