My friend an I booked this tour to the blowhole while in Ensenada. Prior to arrival, I was unsure about what time to meet and reached out through Viator. I was contacted shortly after by both a representative from Viator and Jocelyn (actual tour company rep) with instructions on where and when to meet. We walked to that spot but did not see our tour. However, I asked another tour person who promptly called Jocelyn (even though they were different companies - I had shown her the phone number that called me which was Jocelyn) and she called her direct and communicated exactly where we were standing. We were met by Gabriel within minutes (I hope I am spelling that correctly). Turns out my friend and I were the only two booked as the family booked with us canceled. Gabriel was super accomodating to just the two of us. We basically had our own private tour guide. He was very friendly and spoke English. He took us to the Bufadora where we were able to walk around the shops and then see the blowhole. We were there for about an hour. He then drove us back to town and even took us up to a vista point where we were able to get a view of the city and our ship and take some photos. Finally, we asked him to drop us off in town so we could spend some time there before getting back on the ship. I would definitely recommend this tour. We felt safe and well taken care of. Meet up is close to Port. No ride/cab required to meet up location. Great experience to delicious restaurants & great local shopping. Got a bargain on everything I wanted, good souvenir shopping.

Our guide was so knowledgeable and told us so many fun things about the area! She interacted with the kids well and even surprised our birthday girl with a sign and treat! Went well and beyond expectations!
