It was an excellent trip showing the most beautiful and historical places in Geneva. Our guide Arnaud was fantastic, he presented tour of the city in a very catching manner. Very impressive!
It was great seeing the sights but the bus air conditioner was really not the best . It was blazing hot there.
Dear Urmi, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed discovering the sights. We also appreciate your comment regarding the bus temperature. All of our buses are equipped with air conditioning, however during your visit Europe was experiencing an exceptional heatwave with unusually high temperatures, which unfortunately made it more difficult to maintain optimal comfort throughout the journey. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort and appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for choosing Keytours, and we hope to welcome you again on a future excursion. Best regards,
It wasn’t great tour. The bus tour it self took only 1 hour and then we have to get out of the bus and go to a different small chu chu train. that you can take itself without a bus tour. It wasn’t very interesting tour, covers a small portion of the city
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. This experience is designed as a 2-hour discovery tour of Geneva, allowing guests to see the city’s main highlights in a short amount of time. During the tour, we cover the international district including the UN area, the lakeside, the Old Town, and many of Geneva’s most famous landmarks. The combination of the bus and the small sightseeing train is part of the concept, as it allows guests to experience different parts of the city in the most efficient and comfortable way, including areas less accessible by bus. Best regards, The Keytours Team
This generally fell short of expectations. It was hard to hear the guide on the bus. Unclear why the bus could not have taken us back closer to our point of origin—or the dock for those taking the optional boat trip. The boat ride was the best part of the tour.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that parts of the tour did not meet your expectations and that it was difficult to hear the guide on the bus. We will pass this on to our team to review. Regarding the return route, drop-off points are determined based on traffic conditions and operational logistics on the day, and we always aim to get as close as possible to central accessible locations. We understand your comment and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the boat ride, as it is one of the highlights of the excursion. Kind regards, Keytours Team
Very good overall experience. Original tour was booked many months ago and the day before we were due to take the tour we were fortunate enough to receive a message from the operator that the tour at 10am no longer operated, but the tour now operated at 2.15pm. Tour was very informative and gave a very good overview of the international area on the air conditioned coach. The "train" tour of the old city showed the amazing architecture and character of that area. Rather disappointed that the tour offered a 45 minute stop at the Cathedral in the Old City, but the actual train ride did not stop to allow guests to get off to visit the cathedral.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, Colin. We're pleased to hear that you had a very good overall experience and found the tour informative, particularly the overview of Geneva's international district and the charming architecture of the Old Town. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the schedule change and are glad we were able to notify you in advance. At the same time, we sincerely regret the confusion and disappointment regarding the Cathedral stop. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review the tour description and itinerary details to ensure expectations are clearly communicated to future guests. Thank you again for choosing Keytours, and we hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.
The experience is great at a very relaxed pace but travelers should be aware that whilst you pass a lot of places but you do not stop at all of them to be able to take pictures but the tour is great value. An all in one tour, perfect.
Thank you for your kind review, Effie. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and appreciated the relaxed pace as well as the overall value of the experience. It’s great to know you found it to be a well-rounded “all-in-one” tour. Regarding your comment about photo stops, the itinerary is designed to pass by several highlights in order to cover a wide range of locations within the day. While we do include selected stops for photos and visits, it is not possible to stop at every point along the route due to time constraints. We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad you had an enjoyable experience with us. We hope to welcome you again on another tour in the future.
Bring along a good camera to capture the moment! Don't be in a rush, be ready to savor every part of the tour.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, Joel! 😊 We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the experience and truly took the time to appreciate each moment of the tour. We completely agree — bringing a camera and taking things slowly is the best way to enjoy the beauty of Switzerland. We hope to welcome you again soon on another memorable journey with KeyTours! 🇨🇭✨
Our tour guide, Gabriel was a wealth of information and we learned a lot about the United Nations and it's history. The mini train ride was relaxing and a good way to get an overview of the Old City. The boat ride was beautiful and the captain provided some charcuterie and beverages which were much needed by then.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! 😊 We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the experience and that Gabriel shared so much interesting information throughout the tour. It’s great to know you were able to relax and take in the views during the mini train ride and enjoy the beautiful boat cruise. We’re especially happy the onboard refreshments added to your comfort after a full day of exploring. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again soon on another memorable tour with KeyTours! ✨
Not well organised, no contact details provided, so literally had to ask every bus parked there which one is ours. Not value for money, they only stopped at broken chair and could not take any photo in any other location. Moreover, train ride was also very short and never stopped for any attractions.
Thank you for your feedback, Nikash. We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that this is a short panoramic introduction to Geneva, and in around 2 hours it is designed to show the main highlights of the city in a limited timeframe. It is not intended as a full in-depth visit, but rather an overview experience. All Keytours buses are clearly marked, and our office is located nearby in case any assistance is needed on site.
Guide on the bus was very entertaining and informative. Guide in the little train spoke too softly. Would have preferred first guide throughout.
Thank you, Jeff, for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the bus guide’s entertaining and informative commentary. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again with Keytours for an even smoother experience next time!
