Wir holen Sie von unserem Treffpunkt ab und beginnen unsere Tour zu den majestätischen historischen Monumenten von Argolis.
Die erste Station der Tour ist das berühmte Mykene, Heimat der mykenischen Zivilisation, wo wir die berühmten zyklopischen Mauern rund um die dreieckige Akropolis, das Löwentor, das Symbol der Macht der mykenischen Herrscher und die berühmten Gewölbegräber von besichtigen Atreus und Clytemnestra.
Die nächste Station ist der antike Epidaurus, eine der bekanntesten archäologischen Stätten Griechenlands auf der ganzen Welt, die als Geburtsort der Medizin gilt. Wir wandern in das antike Theater, das das schönste und reservierteste unter allen antiken Theatern ist, und wir sind beeindruckt von seiner perfekten Akustik.
Schließlich kehren wir nach Nafplio zurück und Sie machen sich auf den Weg, um die Stadt Nafplio kennenzulernen

Seeing all the statues that they found. The theater in Epidaurus is also the most well maintained that we've seen in all of Greece. It was amazing.

Driver was knowledgeable. He shared historical information and was pleasant. While he did not act as a guide he dropped us off and waited.

Dear Sari, Thank you very much for your feedback. If you look carefully at your voucher for this service, you had booked a roundtrip transfer to both sites with an English speaking driver (NO guide). Since you were 8 people in total for this departure, we decided on our own without any extra charge to you, to book an English speaking tour leader who would accompany you, providing some basic information during the transfers. She's NOT a licensed guide but a tour leader, so according to Greek legislation she's not allowed to provide any historical informaton. If you wanted a more detailed tour you could book our relevant service on Viator that includes transfer and licensed guide at both sites and of course with a more expensive rate than the one you booked and confirmed. Our driver George was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient as we explored the sites and helped us understand the history of the area. Corinth as added to our trip, which was a wonderful addition.
The sites were amazing. However, the description in the tour was "Our English speaking driver will narrate the history of each site during the transfer"....our driver, although very friendly and accommodating, gave us no historical background on either site whatsoever, which was very disappointing. This is something you absolutely expect when choosing a Viator tour, and it lessened the experience for us tremendously. As an aside, I have found on numerous Viator excursions the description was inaccurate, and things listed to be covered/visited were not.
