Gemeinsamer Hin- und Rücktransfer: Internationaler Flughafen St. Lucia

We had arranged for transportation to and from the resort. Nexus did not come pick us up to take us to the airport. We did use the app to contact Nexus why they were delayed however nothing happened beyond being escalated. We had to pay out of pocket for a taxi. There were 8 of us left stranded by Nexus.

I vacationed in St Lucia with my fiancée to celebrate our 10 year anniversary via SunWing / Nexus Tours and we had the time of our lives. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly and consistently went above and beyond to make sure our needs and wants were met. The resort (Royalton) cleanliness, food and peacefulness were probably the best we have ever experienced at an all-inclusive and we feel so sad to be leaving already!!! Adeola, our Nexus contact / sales rep, was terrific and regularly checked in on us with a warm smile and desire to help. We purchased one excursion through Nexus Tours to hike the Gros Piton mountain + have lunch in Soufrière and that was easily one of our highlights from the trip. The only constructive feedback I have related to our shuttle was that it took some time for us to leave the airport when we arrived in St Lucia and we certainly had to practice patience after our lengthy flight without sufficient food! Thanks for everything. We hope to come back some day in the future :)

My flight was delayed by 5 hours due to hurricane Beryl but Nexus tours waited and took me to my hotel

AMAZING airport staff, drivers, and service! I was relieved to know my transportation was secured upfront, with the staff being extremely professional and courteous on the front and back ends of my trip. The company was also very responsive to my questions via the Viator app, to include the specifics surrounding my pickup and drop-off details. I am forever grateful! Thank you so much!

We used Nexus to book a helicopter transfer round trip to/from the international airport to the small airport in Castries then they had a cab to get us the rest of the way to the resort on the Northwest tip of the island. It was expensive, but worth every penny. We probably cut our transport time in half. It took about an hour total and it would have been at least 2 in a car. On the return leg, nothing to do with Nexus - the airport takes a long time to get through - our hotel at noon, the car ride to the Castries airport took 35-40 min. Waited 15-20 min to depart on the helicopter. 15 min flight on the helicopter- took in the Sights down the west coast (Pitons). Took 10 min to get to the terminal - we checked in and had Delta Priority took 15 min - without Priority, probably would have been 30-40 min. The line for customs/passport/security was at least 50 min - it probably grew to maybe 1 hour 30 min (no AC). Hot food/sandwiches at the airport were taking 20-30 min - we just grabbed chips and drinks from the snack shops and by that time our 3:50 departure was already boarding. So - if you want to get food - away from the airport or at the airport - add time. We had everything in our favor and barely made it. We also used Nexus to book a hike with Lucian Style Experiences - the Mt Pimard Trail. It was a moderate hike that took a little over 2 hours to complete and had a great guide and nice workout. Bring water - maybe in a backpack to keep your hands free for climbing. All-in-all Nexus was great to deal with - Maria took excellent care of our family.
