Unsere Stadtrundfahrt in Cusco zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie ein einzigartiges Erlebnis bietet, das auf jedem Schritt Geschichte, Kultur und Tradition vereint. Es beginnt bequem mit der Abholung von Ihrem Hotel und in Begleitung eines fachkundigen Reiseführers erkunden Sie berühmte Orte wie die Kathedrale von Cusco und Coricancha, wo Sie koloniale Schätze und die architektonische Pracht der Inkas entdecken. Darüber hinaus besuchen Sie die Festungen Sacsayhuaman, Tambomachay und Pucapucara mit ihren beeindruckenden Bauwerken und Geheimnissen. Wir enden in einem Textilzentrum, wo Sie den Webprozess der Anden erlernen und authentische Alpaka-Kleidung kaufen können, was ein unvergessliches Eintauchen in die Kultur abrundet.

Reiseverlauf
Die Tour beginnt mit der Abholung an Ihrer Hoteltür zwischen 8:30 und 9:00 Uhr (zwischen 12:30 und 13:00 Uhr für die Spätschicht). Besuchen Sie in Begleitung Ihres Reiseleiters die Kathedrale von Cusco, die sich direkt vor dem Platz befindet. Dort entdecken Sie die kolonialen und religiösen Schätze aus Gold und Silber, die die wichtigste Kirche der Stadt noch immer birgt.
Gemeinsam mit dem Reiseleiter gehen wir ein paar Blocks weiter zum berühmten Coricancha-Tempel, dem bedeutendsten im Inka-Reich. Dort werden sie die am besten gefertigten Bauwerke und die Tempel der Sonne, des Mondes, der Sterne und mehr besichtigen.
Anschließend begibt sich die gesamte Gruppe in einen Minivan und fährt zur Festung Sacsayhuaman, wo sie die riesigen Mauern aus bis zu 120 Tonnen schweren Steinen besichtigen wird. Wie haben die Inkas diese Steine geformt?
In Qenqo finden Sie mehrere Räume auf kleinem Raum. Dort finden Sie einen großen Stein mit Schnitzereien, die den Eindruck erwecken, es handele sich um einen zeremoniellen Raum. Wie Tunnel mit Konstruktionen, die noch immer nicht genau erklärt werden können.
Es gilt als Militärfestung. Es gibt einige Räume mit fein geschnitzten Steinen und auch Terrassen. Diese Inka-Stätte ermöglicht es Ihnen, wunderschöne Landschaften zu genießen und eine enge Beziehung zu Tambomachay aufzubauen.
Es scheint ein großer und geräumiger Ort zu sein, der dem Wasser gewidmet ist. Das heißt, ein zeremonieller Tempel zur Verehrung des Wassers. Dies liegt daran, dass es Inka-Konstruktionen mit fein geschnitzten Steinen gibt, genau wie die Haupttempel von Cusco und Machu Picchu.

Machu Picchu Terra made sure we had a great time in Cusco. We had Raul as our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable in showing us around city and its ruins. Love how he focused on the Inkan history and culture. The Machu Picchu Terra team was also very communicative via Whatsapp whenever we had questions or concerns. We also booked our Sacred Valley tour and Machu Picchu Circuit 2 Guide with them. Request for Yersino for MP! Same as Raul, he shared a lot about Inkan history and architecture. He had a nice and effective way of sharing stories about the Inkas.

Coco ended up being a fabulous and fun tour guide ONCE WE FINALLY MET UP WITH HIM! Almost missed the MAIN REASON WE CAME! It's very upsetting to feel panicked in a huge crowd of people looking for our guide! Coco was great, but not answering his phone and not being at the meeting spot (then changing the meeting spot 20 minutes before our ticket time was EXTREMELY UPSETTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!) We DID enjoy our tour, but we came very far to experience this and almost missing it should NEVER HAVE HAPPENED.

I really enjoyed the excursion, you are taken to the cathedral and Coricancha (tickets included) the guide gives you adequate explanations. Then they take you to the four ruins and it is very interesting (tickets included)
