Vor der Halbinsel Charleston erwartet Sie noch so viel mehr! Hier haben Sie die Gelegenheit, an einer halbtägigen Kleingruppentour (8 oder weniger) in meinem Mercedes Sprinter von 2021 teilzunehmen. Diese Tour hat für jeden etwas zu bieten, während wir die malerischsten Orte außerhalb der Grenzen im Lowcountry besuchen. Holen Sie sich Ihre Dosis Leuchttürme, Strände, Piers, Festungen und endlose Geschichte. Sie werden schnell verstehen, wie wichtig die Gegend um Charleston in der amerikanischen Geschichte ist, während Sie die Meeresbrise genießen. Zuerst fahren wir nach Folly Beach, um den Leuchtturm, den Strand und den Pier zu besuchen. Als Nächstes fahren wir durch das historische Citadel Military College. Dann geht es weiter nach Sullivan's Island und zu einem Spaziergang über das Gelände von Fort Moultrie, hinaus zum Strand und zur besten Aussicht auf Charleston vom Wasser aus. Und schließlich zum Leuchtturm. Ich bin ein zertifizierter Stadtführer, der Sie über die Grenzen hinausführt! Auf dieser Tour gibt es Spaziergänge und Stranddünen. Für diese Tour gilt eine Mindestteilnehmerzahl von 4 Personen. Bitte besprechen Sie Mobilitätsprobleme vorher.

Wir werden eine kurze, interessante Straße bis zum Ende dieser Insel gehen, um einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Hafen von Charleston und den sechstältesten Leuchtturm der USA zu haben. Die Spaziergänge sind 1/4 Meile lang und beinhalten etwas Strand und Sand.
Einst das Vergnügungspark-Mekka der 50er Jahre, ist Folly Pier heute der Mittelpunkt dieser Strand-Surfstadt mit vielen touristischen Aktivitäten. Ein Souvenir- und Ruheraum hält auch an.
Wir werden eine Fahrt um diesen fotogenen, berühmten Militärcampus machen und für ein paar Snaps anhalten! Schüsse.
Die Geschichte der kolonialen Vereinigten Staaten liegt an diesem Tourstopp. Tausende und Abertausende importierter afrikanischer Sklaven hielten hier während des erzwungenen Trecks nach Nordamerika in Quarantänehäusern an. Die erste Seeschlacht der Revolution, die ersten Schüsse der Civil und der ruhigste Strandort in Charleston – alles ist da. Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, besuchen wir das Besucherzentrum des Nationalparks.
Wir werden anhalten und den hässlichsten Leuchtturm der USA sehen.

A great alternative visit to the downtown Charleston tours with the opportunity to visit historic sites on the outskirts of the city. Friendly and informative tour guide.

Lee Ann was a great tour guide. We enjoyed her commentary for all of the sites visited. It add meaningfull context and history to the tour
The tour guide was fun, interesting stories and I would recommend to friends. We had 6 friends traveling together and it turned out to be a private tour.
LeeAnn was excellent! She was thoughtful and friendly. There were only 6 in our group which made it like we were one family. She brought us a delicious treat & water. We didn't feel rushed at each stop & she even took and shared family pictures! She's full of little surprises that made it special. I wish we would've been able to get out at the Citadel for pictures of the military machines around the green. We'd definitely take another tour with her!

Leanne was our tour guide and she was simply terrific! We did the Get Out of Town tour for a different view of the Charleston area. Leanne knew so many facts about the areas we visited and easily answered our questions. She had water available for our group and even brought us a local snack. Our host Leanne was very gracious and arranged to pick us up at the cruise ship port. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable in the spacious Mercedes bus. Leanne took us to several great locations as well as a small tour of the downtown area. All in all it was a great experience and would highly recommend her tour.
